We were headed to Chicago for a wedding and my air conditioner was leaking onto my floorboards forming a huge puddle on both the driver and passenger side. Ray answered and explained nothing could get done til tomorrow. After giving me some tips on what to do, he said you know what, just bring it in and we'll take a look. 10 minutes later Dennis, another mechanic, had taken my tire off and was using an air compressor to unplug my drain. We were excited, relieved, and way overdo to hit the road. That's when Dennis informed me that my front tires were hitting wire (that's a frustrating tire story for another day). He told me I shouldn't drive to Chicago or I might get stranded on the highway. Luckily, I have great friends who lent me their car. Dennis and Ray saved me valuable time and potentially my life from two blown out tires. Not to mention, a ridiculously gross towing bill. I can't thank them enough! Most vehicles are previously totaled and somehow retained a clear title. My Silverado I bought there has severe frame damage. I payed almost $34000 for a totaled vehicle. Body shop stopped the estimate at $29000 worth of damage because it was beyond totaled. We had a settlement for them to buy it back which the dealership backed out of. Arbitration is mandatory in the contract. They refuse to respond. RUN! Do not buy from here. I will be posting anywhere i can find about this. Its just not right.

They couldn't clearly explain what would or wouldn't be covered. I dropped the vehicle off at 9am and was promised a call in the afternoon with an update. No one called. I had to follow up myself at 2pm, and again at 4:30pm after being left on hold. By the end of the day, I was told they hadn't done anything on the truck. No inspection, no real progress, and no communication. I then went to pick up my vehicle, and no one apologized or explained anything. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers' time. Completely unacceptable experience. I won't be coming back.

I returned to Maxey, explained the situation, and was told the tires would be rotated at that time. However, three days later, the front driver-side tire was low again -- the same one that had been leaking all along. This led me to believe that the tire had never been rotated, as its position hadn't changed and the leak persisted. Since the service team wasn't aware of the leak, this was my only way to verify whether or not the tire had been moved. Now I'm 2 visits to the location, hours of work missed and still have no rotated tire. Sad.
