The two gentlemen working the cash register were nice and informative. I plan to go back to pick up some gifts for anniversary and Father's Day presents. They also have crafted items from artistians from around Michigan. It seems to think that most visitors have much in common with art museum types not families visiting a family history attraction which it is. While the service is still top notch, not every thing as clear prices posted or not enough lower price items to give families with children a keepsake to remember a maybe once in a lifetime visit. I have started to wait until membership weekends to get anything because of the higher membership discount.

And the plants themselves were top notch (and all at full retail pricing). As for the rest (i.e.: the job itself, the quality of materials, quality the work, the attention to detail, communication with the customer and between management and the crew, professionalism, work ethic, follow-up, overall satisfaction with the experience, etc.), I'll refrain from posting the 500 word review that I wrote, and let the rating speak for itself. Simply put, the experience was not what I had expected from a company with a 30 year history in the community. None of this should come as a surprise, as there were issues at every stage. The owner took the time to listen and tell me he would be on the lookout. You can spend a while just looking at all the items and if they don't have it, if it involves stones they might be able to make it. I found some items I never seen in other shops. Chakra heart set with heart shaped stones had to come home with me. Prices are fair and it is great to be supportive of a small business. They use to be in the local mall, but moved to a more easily found location.
