Mind you, I believe this place is owned by Iraqis but damn it if they don't do the same crap as the Lebanese - men all standing around the register shooting the breeze and the owner/manager doesn't even pause for eye contact as he takes your money. I expect some respect, that comes in the form of eye contact and "hello or thank you" while I spend my money in your shop so be civil and tell your family/buddies to 'hang on while you cash out your customer'. I don't want to feel like i'm bothering you to shop in your store. No thank you. In chain stores, people lose their jobs for this type of behaviour. So while my first visit's rating was a 5 star (for the available products and their quality), I have to drop down to 1 star for customer service.

While the service is still top notch, not every thing as clear prices posted or not enough lower price items to give families with children a keepsake to remember a maybe once in a lifetime visit. I have started to wait until membership weekends to get anything because of the higher membership discount.

They said they could deliver the flowers the same day. I was not near a computer to pick out an arrangement and described what I would like to send her. Not only did the flowers arrive by the time she got back to the hotel, she absolutely loved them. When I got a call from her, she was so happy to see them and said they were just beautiful. The roses used in the arrangements are enormous. The prices are better than any other Dearborn florist. My relationship with this florist goes back to 1969 when they were Paul Kostoff Flowers. They did my prom, wedding, Valentines and any general occasion flowers for me. We have moved out of Dearborn area but I an so glad that KM is still there.
