We purchased 22 shrubs from this store and a few of them seems to have dry leaves. When we mentioned this, we were told that there was a one year warranty on these plants and if they get worse, we can bring them back. We have a south facing huge backyard with plenty of sun and we brought all the plants in the backyard and placed them exactly where we wanted to plant them. We watered all the plants everyday. Unfortunately, a few of the plants that didn't look good when we purchased them became progressively worse, so we decided to go back and return them. The lady at the customer service desk looked at us with an attitude and called the owner right away to speak to us. Vince Crupi came and instantly began hurling accusations at us. He began by saying that we must have left the plants in the garage, then he said that we didn't water them enough, then he said that we have been abusing the plants in some way!!!! None of his accusations were true as we had the other 18 shrubs that are doing quite well. I tried explaining this to him and told him that I didn't appreciate his accusations since we did not bring rest of the plants to return and that his accusations didn't even make sense. When I asked him to take his plants back, he said that we could certainly leave these plants but we were not going to getting our money back. I reminded him of the one year warranty and he ordered the lady at the customer service desk to stamp our receipt "Final Sale" to void our warranty! My husband and I were shocked at their outrageous and unethical behavior. I was very upset at their actions and said that they couldn't do that. Vince smirked and said "Yes, I can do anything I want and I just did. I have been running this business for 40 years so I absolutely can do whatever I want and you no longer have any warranty as we just stamped final sale on your receipt". I told him that customers have rights and what he did was unethical. Vince Crupi then told us to get out of his store and asked the lady to call police. The customer service lady was absolutely the rudest person and came right up to my face to within one foot distance to kick us out of the store. We are a very busy family, but we intend to take legal action against this business owner as what he did goes against business ethics. As customers, we must speak up so this type of business owners don't abuse their power and behave unethical. Vince behaved like we live in a 3rd world country where powerful people can do whatever they want and the public has no rights. I felt humiliated and my rights were violated for the very first time and they shouldn't think that it's okay to do what they did to us.

I get that it is a super busy day of the year and I get that it is impossible to provide a set delivery time. However I have experienced multiple issues from this store. Let's first talk about value. The website allows one to "upsize" for a larger more expansive bouquet. Well I ordered the "best". What I received would never qualify for "best" under any scenario. Below are pictures from their website of their "best" offer and what I received instead. What a ripoff!!! Let's next highlight service. I had not received the flowers by 5.30pm. I called the store to ask when the delivery would be happening. I was told that the driver was out with the delivery and that it would be "very soon". 2 hours later the flowers were still not here so I called again and was again told that the driver was out and was maybe "20 minutes away". After challenging the person on the phone I was told that it "might be up to an hour" depending on the traffic. And for clarity we live WITHIN 10 MINUTES of the store. Well it took another 1.5 hours for the delivery to occur and when it did happen it was delivered by a guy in a sedan car - who would have had space only for about 4-5 bouquets. So it was never possible that my order was out for delivery as originally suggested. Brutal experience!!!! Will never recommend this place
