Stan came over, saw my situation and right away knew exactly what I want. He saw that it was very narrow and said he can make it a little wider. While he was there, I mentioned that I want to have my foundation wall finished with stucco. He told me he has a guy who can do that too. Well, I got a couple of other quotes from others and I knew after that Stan was the right guy for the job. His numbers are very reasonable and I can tell he knew what he was doing. There were many "misunderstandings" even though I made sure EVERYTHING was in writing. The workers weren't careful with the new cabinets and drawers. One had to be completely reordered and replaced because of damage while installing. I had to constantly point things out on what wasn't finished Or how bad it looked. Under cabinet lighting wouldn't have been installed if I didn't ask even though it was in the contract and told it would be on a light switch. Nope. It's strip lighting on a remote instead. My new island never had the electrical outlet installed. The work was sub par. Now less than 1 year later and the caulking on my sink is completely cracked and water leaking into my cabinet. Way too many additional issues to list but I DO NOT recommend them!
