I called Bear Paw and Audrey to relay what had happened. My bike was covered in mud-NO PROBLEM said Audrey. They had a bike wash and Trent said to bring it in and he'd take a look. I am from out of town leaving the next day so timely service was pretty important. As thought, my hanger was bent and Trent's expert eye caught that my chain was missing a link causing extra stress on the hanger. Needless to say they got the bike washed, got the chain and hanger straightened out. He also made a couple of adjustments while I sat on the bike and now it's perfect. The bike looks and rides as new as when I first got it! These guys are first rate all the way. Super friendly and very accommodating. One of my favorite things about Bike Zoo is how they advocate for youth cycling through their support of the Appalachian Mountain Bike Club, and the owners aren't afraid to take chances on young employees and train them in all aspects of the bike business. They are committed to their community as much as to their bottom line, and that really sets them apart. They are just good people.
