I can't recommend Simon with Greenlite Auto Glass Service enough! It's my birthday weekend and was on the way to have breakfast with my mom and family when suddenly my driver side window wouldn't go up, upon parking and trying to figure out the issue my window started to crack and further malfunction leaving it about 80% closed. This was a total nightmare especially since I live in apartments where car break ins are a norm. I called around to several places, and Simon was the only person who could take care of it the same day - a Saturday. Not only was he able to get the glass that nobody else could source, but he was also the most fairly priced out of everyone I spoke with. He drove all the way to the Gilroy outlets - where I had originally planned to spend my day and figured I had to cancel but, he came and replaced my window in 90° weather while my family did school shopping for my kids, and even fixed the window regulator issue. Simon was very honest and upfront. Everyone else was trying to get me to claim the windshield replacement through my insurance (so they can overcharge). My deductible is $1000 so I'm sure the glass wouldn't cost that much. Then they tried to tell me that my windshield has all these extra features and jacked up the price on those. It did not, btw. I should know, I drive it everyday. Simon was the only one who told me the truth and gave me the fairest price. I had him come out the next day. Incredible service incredible workmanship!! I had just back my brand new RV into a parking space when a popping sound came from the rear of the vehicle. A stub of a tree branch busted out my back window of my ram promaster!! I called the other company safelite would couldn't even tell me if they had the glass in stock until Inplaced the order online. In the meantime Simon called back after I was able to text him a picture of my situation and said he had the glass in stock. Once a broken side window in a Ford E250 he was able to get out the next day, the next time was another broken side window in a 2021 NV2500 he replaced it the same day and also replaced the windshield that was cracked.
