Sigh - 2022 Subaru Crosstrek had the window smashed and the coat on the front seat stolen in DT SJ late on Tue night. So frustrating! My auto service guy recommended we call Le Auto Glass as they are the go-to glass people that they use. They even helped and gave a quote via text. They're not pushy and salesy because after the quote they let it simmer instead of pushing me to ask if I need to book with them. These guys are very efficient. Called them up and booked a appointment for my 2016 camry and they were able to get my windshield fixed in no time. They have the best price in california, really. So don't bother shopping around. But the important thing is they are fast, efficient, and have good customer service. Two month update: One thing to know is they don't use OEM windshields unless you request it, hence the cheapest price. They use Pilkington Solar and so far my windshield has been fantastic. I think after Le Auto Glass replaced my windshield, I found that the ride is more quiet especially at highway speeds. The Pilkington seems to block out more wind noise. Some people get hung up on OEM but look how your OEM windshield cracked just like my Toyota OEM windshield did. In my experience so far the Pilkington windshield is far superior than the cheap Toyota OEM windshield. read more

If Yelp had zero stars, that's the rating I'd give. I found this business on Yelp that had decent reviews and it was nearby me so I thought I'd give it a shot. The first time I called, no one answered so I left a voice message to get a quote for a car windshield replacement. I received a call back pretty quickly but was in a work meeting at the time so the person, "Justin", left a voice message detailing how much it would cost and that his windshield replacement services would come to my location. He seemed nice and the price quote was super competitive vs. other places I had gotten quotes from so I wanted to get this service done through Le Auto Glass. That was the case until I had to call back a few more times during their business hours and still no one was answering. After being fed up with the whole phone tag ordeal, I decided one last time to leave another voice message and asked if he/they were available to service my car. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK EVEN TILL THIS DAY. What a joke of a business that thrives on referrals and has their phone number listed on Yelp yet never answers their phone even during business hours. Fantastic service team from Le Auto Glass! Justin and Team provided excellent service in a little over an hour for a very resonable price to replace our damaged SUV windshield. I conntacted Justin a couple of months after our windshield installation to let him know that we were experiencing an intermittent noise coming from the windshield / dash location. After a couple of return trips, we were able to pin point the location as a loose piece of tape behind the box that houses the rear view mirror. Justin was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes. A recommendation by my mechanic found me this place. Le is spectacular, honest, economical and ohh so convenient. Had a friends car with a rattling windshield so Le knew when calling it would be a R&R (remove and replace) which was very economical compared to another near 5star yelp place. When he came to visit in his 2hr window, he saw old seal was incorrect for the vehicle. Told me a new seal would run $60 but also said that I should go back to who did prior install and have them fix it. This after driving out to see me snd charging nothing? Where do you find such honesty? Well prior install was done prior to purchase so had them do the work. Le and a boy who appears to be appentising did an excellent job, 1hr, very efficient.
