I've had a crack in my windshield since March but I rarely drive the car (Lexus IS-F). Recently during one of the heat waves, the crack decided to make its way across the entire windshield so I knew it was time to get it replaced. I sent out a project request via Yelp and got multiple responses with quotes. The reason why I went with Onsite Auto Glass is because they were able to fit me into their schedule the following day and offered the most competitive pricing, while being very prompt in their response. I even received a phone call the next morning to confirm my appointment. The technician called me prior to arriving to my house and was ready to work. He told me it would take about 2 hours so I went back inside and proceeded to WFH. I came out a little over an hour later to check on the progress and took a picture of my car. All in all, the quality of the windshield is good for an aftermarket glass and the install appeared to go smoothly. I would dock a half a star simply because the technician didn't put a work mat on my hood and had all of his tools resting on top of my paint. Additionally, the old adhesive that was scraped off was left all over my driveway. I had to sweep and clean up the mess, which wasn't an issue but wish this was taken care of. read more

Wow, amazingly fast, accommodating, and top-notch customer service from the moment I decided to call Onsite Auto Glass Services to completing the entire job in just 24 hours. I am very impressed! My Acura RDX windshield had a couple of cracks caused by flying rocks driving on the freeway. Yesterday morning 10AM, I found OAGS on Yelp with practically 5 stars rating, so I decided to call and the business owner (Dennis) answered. He was friendly and super easy to talk with. Once I confirmed my car year, make, model, VIN, and my already opened claim referral number from my auto insurance provider, Dennis was on it! Since I have $0 deductible and Dennis confirmed he can replace my windshield right away with OEM, he 3-way called the auto glass claim department of my insurance carrier (without me even having to provide him the phone number) and we established my authorized agreement to move forward of my insurance claim with OAGS. After the 3-way call and since I had time before heading to work at 1:30PM, Dennis was able to dispatch his replacement tech to my house within an hour with an OEM windshield. The replacement tech (Armando) arrived and he was also very friendly. He did his skillful job diligently in my garage since it was a very hot day and left at 12:40PM. Dennis kept in great communication with me via phone about the next step: ADAS recalibration, the process of realigning the forward-facing cameras and sensors mounted on my car windshield. Since I had to go to work, Dennis was flexible with me scheduling to go into his shop for the ADAS recalibration the next day when I am free after 2PM. The next day (1:45PM today), Dennis texted me a friendly reminder that his calibration specialist (Eric) will be waiting at the shop for my 2:15-2:30PM appointment. I arrived at the shop on time and met Eric. He must be that good at his job because he skillfully finished the recalibration within 20 minutes and I was on my way home. The entire OEM windshield replacement with my opened insurance claim was excellently completed in practically 24 hours and I did not have to pay a single penny, because my deductible was $0. Dennis is the best and I highly recommend everyone to give him the opportunity to serve you as wonderfully and professionally as he did with me...all that via phone without even meeting the guy in person. When requested some help with a windshield repair on Yelp, Dennis was the first to reply (this was a Sunday and we needed the repair done ASAP). He found a time slot that worked for us and Paul was here on time and got right to work. The windshield chip we had was a pretty bad one and several shops had told us that there was a "50/50 chance" that a repair would work. I felt that a good technician with good tools could repair the damage (not to the point of being invisible, but well enough to safely drive). I was not able to use their service, since I have a minor crack in my windshield, and they only do full replacements. However, they provided me with an alternative source who specializes in crack repairs, immediately after we hung up with one another. Called four other places and no one else offered up another possibility. One even hung up on me as I was asking if they had any recommendations. Great experience with Onsite. They beat other competitors pricing and was very communicative. Dennis was able to schedule a technician within 2 hrs of me reaching out. Unfortunately, their system didn't provide the right glass initially (with a rain sensor) even though I provided the VIN number. So the technician had to turn around and we had to reschedule. Dennis was upfront of the wrong glass order and offered to reschedule and keep the cost as quoted even though it would be a bit more for the rain sensor. Onsite took the initiative working with insurance and getting each part of the job (replacement and front camera recalibration) done smoothly. Best is the owner's awareness of my time. He explained how the calibration will take a short time, and that the glass replacement can be done at my house, so as to minimize my waiting time overall. Also, if you didn't notice, insurance (or just Geico) puts up a very stringently worded condition for when to replace the windshield. Shout out to Dennis and his team. I first came to him in April of this year for a replacement windshield for my Mazda 3 because it got cracked down the middle. They fixed it in my driveway and the results were good as new. Fast forward to June, I had a broken driver side window and rear view mirror. They fixed both of those as well just like new.
