I'm…read moreglad we found Prado Music Academy almost a year ago for my son(10) who wanted to learn how to play the violin and daughter(8) who wanted to play piano. They just had their 1st recital last Saturday and they did an amazing job! Grateful for the school especially my son's violin teacher Ms. Allegra and daughter's piano teacher Mr. Nico who chose beautiful music pieces to perform for the recital. Ms. Allegra is sweet, organized and super patient with my son, who's usually really shy but he was so confident during his recital and he was happy he did a duet with his teacher during the recital. I'm amazed how fast he was learning. Mr. Nico keeps the lesson fun for my daughter. He really educates her in reading notes and playing. He's very encouraging and committed to teaching. The staff and owner, Jennifer, is very accommodating. Always emails or calls back at a timely manner whenever I have questions. Scheduling make up lesson is also a cinch just by doing it online. Well, once I recieved it and played it thoroughly, it was anything but excellent. Noisy, crackling, popping, heating up fast..etc..etc. I contacted Edward, he was real polite, attentive, and willing to help fix the various issues. They amp was Red Plating beyond belief! Edward changed the tubes, biased the amp, located the bad cap-culprit causing the issue and did it all for an excellent price! Shortest I've ever seen.
