Called again and they said come in again but not much they can do since they "removed" the nerve and it's impossible to feel pain on that tooth. They said they can remove the tooth. Wtf. $2800 and now wants to remove a tooth they couldn't repair. Should have said that in the beginning and could have removed it for $300 elsewhere. Horrible experience and ridiculous prices. Do not ever go there unless you want to throw away money and return 3 times for a simple issue.

Came by today to get the root canal re-treated and it was completely painless other than the numbing medicine injections. Her and her assistant are very professional, and kept me relaxed throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Wong even removed the little screw piece from my first root canal a long time ago and cleaned everything up and re-did the whole thing. Really happy with the service here, also very happy with her assistant as well. They do great work!

I texted Dr. Dobee and sent photos despite it being late on a Friday night, and she responded right away. Shortly after, Dinesh, the office manager, contacted us and scheduled my boyfriend to be seen first thing Saturday morning. From the moment we walked in, every person treated us like family. We were seen by Dr. Hawari, who I have also been a patient of and have always known for his incredible restorative dental abilities and attention to detail. He immediately came across as compassionate and reassuring and focused on helping us move forward rather than sitting in guilt and stress over the situation. He took X-rays, examined the tooth carefully, consulted with us, and explained our options every step of the way. He initially performed a composite build-up on the front tooth and honestly it looked incredible -- you would never have known there had been an accident. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail. Rather than simply continuing treatment, he noticed there could potentially be a root fracture and immediately shifted directions because he wanted to make sure the treatment plan was right. He coordinated care with Dr. Frankie, who specializes in same-day implants. When we met Dr. Frankie, one of the first things that stood out was how down-to-earth, understanding, and empathetic he was. He immediately made my boyfriend feel comfortable during what was already a stressful situation. One thing he said really stayed with me: he would never do anything to my boyfriend that he wouldn't do for his own mother or family. I found that incredibly commendable because it showed genuine care and integrity. It truly felt like everyone involved was thinking outside the box and trying to determine what was best for my boyfriend and, most importantly, trying to save his natural tooth if possible. After further evaluation, Dr. Frankie consulted with Dr. AC. What happened next honestly amazed us. Dr. AC had already completed a full day but still stayed late unexpectedly, reviewed the imaging, discussed options with the team, and continued his evening until almost 10 PM helping my boyfriend. We later went to Micro Dental Lab in Livermore for color matching, and even there we experienced the same kindness. As soon as we mentioned Dr. Dobee's name they immediately knew who she was. I paid the $510 requested in full and was handed a receipt that explicitly stated: 'Estimated Patient Balance: $0.00. Two months later, I received an email demanding an additional $50. They refused to honor their own printed receipt and verbal agreement. They would rather chase a $50 clerical error than keep a patient's trust. On top of the shady billing, my daughter had a 2:30 PM appointment for root canal, and the doctor didn't show up until 3:20 PM. Making a student wait 50 minutes past their appointment time. As an in-network provider, they have the tools to see exact coverage. Penalizing a patient months later for an office oversight is bottom-tier service.
