The store is huge (the largest Ace in MD) and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. I showed up in the middle of a rain storm without an umbrella to buy a pile of power tools. Rather than call me out for my poor planning. The staff very generously helped me figure out a way to get my new purchases to my car without getting them wet. When I applied the paint to the wall, instead of being China White, a standard color, it showed up as being very yellow. I went back to the store and was told that because they had to mix the base to create the standard correct color, they would have to charge me again.
