This place was a hassle. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday at 12:35 PM. I came in so that they could remove some scratches on the front bumper/hood and the rear bumper but the lack of communication is what gives this place two stars. I didn't get the car back until Thursday when they said it was supposed to be done on Wednesday. I have to call them to ask if my car is ready or any updates and sometimes they don't pick up the phone calls and return them. Brought my truck in to get it fixed and had them assist me professionally and with patience. They did amazing, left my truck like new. They have experience, customer service, and are attentive. They call you with updates and make sure you, as a client, understand what is being fixed in your car. They pick up the phone relatively quickly and ensure your questions are andwered. PLEASE AVOID this place at all cost! I took my car in to have them replace the back window in the passenger side. My insurance company recommended them so I trusted their recommendation. I was so so wrong. My car has been in their shop since Wednesday August 28 and I have not got my car back yet. What is the WORSE PART of it is that I have continue to called and leave voicemails and yet I have not got any calls back! I'm SO DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED AND IRRITATED with this company! Not only am I going to pay double what other companies quoted me, they are also taking WAY LONGER to get the job done(that is if they are even working on it...because they don't communicate so I have NO IDEA). I am surprised at all the good reviews. This place will scam you. My cousin took her car here to get a window replaced due to a break in. She dropped it off on August 28 and did not hear anything from the shop about her car, even though she called and left messages. I was also calling them, since my cousin doesn't have access to her phone at work and I was helping her out. I spoke to someone and they kept telling me they were waiting for a part. My cousin finally went to the shop yesterday and they told her they have bad signal, which sounds like bullsht. They had fixed the window but they removed another part from her car, that didn't need to be removed and did not let my cousin know about and now charging her even more money.. I brought my car to get a whole new paint job, keep in mind I paid out of pocket. Cookie cut me a deal to paint 3 cars I've owned . His painted all my car in the pass and still going strong till this day. His shop is very busy but it is total worth it the wait. His prices are reasonable for the quality of work. My Kia Forte 2012 Hatchback EX developed a problem with the hydraulic arm on the passenger side. The connector screw came out because of deterioration of the receptor area that holds the screw in place. Neither my mechanic nor the dealership could fix it. My husband asked me to take it to a body shop. Greentech is a friendly place and Cookie and the other techs are interested in pleasing you. They decided to weld the screw into the hatch. Now, the arm is back in place and I am thrilled. It's a real quality of life issue, especially when you have hand problems like I have. Cookie informed me that they do mechanical work as well. Try to be quick I taped a car at a red light and she claims I dented her car but couldn't show the invisible dent. The very next day I swipe a car when trying to park. I thought so bad of myself a brand new car still learning the length and so on. I stopped by Green Tech Auto Works to try to get my mark on my car removed. I live near GreenTech. My 2008 Prius, when I opened the hatchback, the hatch assembly fell into my hand. I called a number of places, had to send VIN and photos, got ridiculous estimates, up to $500. Youtube suggested that it should be glued and that this is a common problem. I drove to GreenTech. They suggested gluing, and have done it on a number of Prius'. Their estimate, $50. They drove me home and I got my car a few hours later. Great job, nice people. They told me they do Star Smog and other repairs. I was really impressed. read more
