I was told the price onsite, and I wrongly assumed that was the going rate for a smog check because prices for everything have gone up so much in the last 2 years. This was my first experience taking my car for repair to Auto Tech Specialists. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was treated like a long time customer. My Mercedes needed body work, suspension repair and a new starter/battery. They handled everything very quickly and well below the estimates I had received from another service center. They even went the extra mile to repaint the bumper that had been painted a mottled color by another body shop after a fender bender a few years ago - at no additional cost. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the automatic headrest control wasn't working. Auto Tech Specialists repaired it at no additional cost with no questions asked. Joe was great in providing prompt and complete communications and arranging for pick up and drop off service at my office. It's clear that customer service is the number one priority with these guys. These guys were Fantastic!! 6 pm and my car started making a horrible noise while I was going down the Freeway. I don't live in the area, so I was really worried about this unknown shop, but they were the only place still open, so I didn't have a choice. Everyone was super nice! So understanding and accommodating both the on the phone, (I called a couple of times trying to locate the shop,) and in person. Which meant a great deal to me in my panicked and frazzled state. They called me the next day to let me know they did a full complementary inspection and it was only the under carriage cover, which had not been put back on properly by the place which changed my oil. They offered recommendations on other maintenance items, which I accepted, but they were in no way pushy about them. I highly recommend them and if I am in need of future services while I am in the area, I will definitely take my car to them. read more

Ever since, I have owned my previously owned 2005 Toyota Corolla (or should I say, "Toyota Crapolla"), it has fallen apart piece by piece. I know Siry put parts on my car that would cause my car to breakdown and fall apart. Fuck you, Mark, and your fuckin' crook dealership. You ripped me off. I have already put $2,000.00 into my car that i have not had to put into in the first place if I did not buy my car from you. As it stands now, I am going to have to spend another $3,000.00 on my car to make all the repairs needed to fix all the problems. As we all know, Siry Auto Group has done and continues to did shady, illegal stuff to the vehicles they sell after they illegally fix government documents like "Titles" to the vehicles they sell.
