I took a private Tesla tour last week and if you think I'm going to give these guys another good review you're absolutely right! The tour was amazing! Mike my guide was super friendly knowledgable and informative! Answered all my questions gave me extra bits re the law and history of marijuana legislation in California! We also had great conversations about music film and tv which is a bonus! We went first to a local dispensary where I was able to make some purchases! Coming from London and being my first time in Los Angeles it was great to feel welcomed in and discussing with the bud tender what the best strain for me would be. Soon after it was the Hitman club which is a members only social club slash art gallery which is spot where members can kick back be it inside or outside (great artwork on the walls outside) and enjoy their herb in a social space. The next stop was CCCN which is a dispensary and a grow facility - this was especially interesting as you actually get to see the grow process while having Scott the head of CCCN explain to you the different stages. You also get to take some cool pictures of the grow and holding a pound of herb which makes for a great shot! I was lucky enough to also meet one of the head growers who has engineered many award wining strains! We then headed off to the American Made Glass blowing facility, this was particularly amazing as you get to see genuine glass workers working making all sorts of smoking glassware - i happened to be lucky enough to witness one of the renown glass workers making a special monster eye glass thing, it looked amazing! You get to go to their warehouse and purchase all sorts of finished product and they have the usual papers blunts etc the best bit is you get all your items at a 50% GreenTours discount! Capped off the tour by going to a local hotdog joint! The menu was huge and there's a signed poster of Guy Fieri so you know it's legit! It tasted amazing! On the walls you can see pictures of people who have had every hot dog on the menu! Throughout all the stops on the tour everyone was very welcoming and glad to explain things and have me take pictures! I have been recommending it to others in LA that I met and will most definitely be telling everyone in London to take this tour! Will be back when I'm next in LA! read more

First of all, I want to say, you don't have to partake on this tour. More than a few of the people on the bus were there because they were curious about California's new recreational cannabis environment. It was a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Green Tours has a nice, high-quality bus, and the water and snacks were in abundance. Our first stop was a very interesting dispensary that also cultivates their own cannabis, so we got a talk on the art and science of growing as well. Then we headed to visit a company that makes glass paraphernalia that's shipped world-wide. Green Tours hosted a joint rolling contest in a private courtyard outside, which was lots of fun. I actually hadn't done this since high school, and I sucked at it, but with a little coaching from our tour guide, I made it to the final round. Surprisingly, this erased a lot of hidden angst from my past! Finally, we stopped at a famous local eatery. All in all, it was lots of fun. The owner, Gene, is very knowledgeable about the industry and laws, which was interesting, and our tour guide, Ryan, was absolutely nuts and hilarious! Horrible service. Super upset. They ask you to leave a review while your high so I decided to sober up before being nice because I'm baked. It's 65 bucks a person and not a single bit of weed was supplied. They just drive you to a dispensary that was so overpriced. They also lied to me and said what I bought was a g and so I bought it for 48, I would not have if they told me the truth and had said it was a half g. These unprofessional nut heads also have advertising around the internet about a 50% tax break and a 10% discount. It's not true they lied again. I ended up getting an eighth and a half g of wax for 100+ bucks. They told me they would fix the problem and they have not even contacted me. Horrible. Do not do it. No one was actually having fun, the grow tour is from afar, like you only look at it through a small glass window. All around horrible service. I'm flying back to San Antonio right now, still throbbing in anger over how bad this was. read more

This is hands down one of the best tours I've been on. The meeting place is easy to find and you start learning from the moment you get on the van. The first stop is the dispensary to pick up supplies. There you get a tour and learn a lot about weed laws in California which was quite eye opening. The dispensary is well stocked and because of the lesson you get beforehand, you know the products are safe and pure. Also the staff including the tour guide are well versed in product knowledge so you don't need to be an expert. Then the next stop is the best one as that's where the supplies are utilised. Extras like wraps, lighters are already there. I won't spoil too much as it's definitely a tour that needs to be experienced at least once. Also if you don't smoke or partake then you don't have to. Best tour in SoCal! The staff is super cool chill and funny! Had a great time meeting new people from Cali and outta state. The shop they took us to had great prices for 4/20 plus spend 15 bucks and u getta gift worth over $45. Since we were not allowed to smoke on the bus they took us to a location where we were allowed to toke up bongs rigs blunts joints munchies drinks restrooms were provided. They also had yoga tent or hot box tent. Next we had a cool experience seeing the glass blowers and the actual pieces made there were available for purchase. Last we got to eat some bomb munchies at Fab Dog. Food was delish recommend the garlic ranch fries. Green Tours' 2 hour Hollywood tour was incredible! You're taken to premiere L.A. dispensary, a unique and exciting modern Cannabis coffee shop, and also see famous Hollywood locales on the route. The tour guides were hilarious, warm , and knowledgeable, and the ride was fun and comfortable. Probably the most amazing aspect of the tour were the other people on the tour. I'm from Hawaii, and the others were from NY and Oklahoma. We shared stories about Cannabis, how it helps us, and also stories about where we're all from. Exceeded mine and my grandpa's expectations our private tour and tour guide was amazing, and while I can't remember his name(I'm sorry man don't take it personally I just have a bad memory), he was such a cool guy and I feel like we all bonded in a way I will forever remember this day as one of my favorite days in my life just because I've loved everything weed since I was 16, and because I met some very cool people and one very badass tour guide! If you're in the LA are Green Tours is where you need to be! This tour was beyond amazing!!! The tour bus is a comfy Mercedes private tour bus with much needed air condition throughout the hot California valley! The music was right on key featuring the Marley family, California classics, and classic west coast hip hop. The tour lasted about 4 hours. The best part was the smoke out session at a very beautiful rental home in the Hills. The tour guides keep it fun and refreshing with interesting facts and fun games! Also there are lots of freebies and prizes to win! You don't have to be a taker to enjoy this tour however if you indulge make sure to start slow! Hands down best tour ever! read more

First off, I just want to say thank you for upgrading our tour and not canceling. We're in the area for a short amount of time, so by having Stoner Rob step up to guide us. That was awesome and appreciated! Especially, driving around in his Tesla. The tour exceeded expectations! Stoner rob was so personable and passionate. This tour was super fun! My husband found them on Instagram and we decided to check it out. I dont even smoke and I had a fantastic time! Seeing the behind the scenes of the grow and the glass blowing was really interesting and we met some really great people on the tour. The guides, Sara, Gene, and Kevin are awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly and funny, even though Kevin yells a lot. (Just kidding, Kevin ) the dispensary they took us too was the best my husband has ever been to... think Disneyland but for pot! This was my first time on a weed tour and it was amazingggg!! The tour guides were super informative and very friendly. They kept up the energy throughout the entire tour , especially Sarah who was very knowledgeable about the current weed laws and the growth process . We went on 4/20 so the sales at the dispensary were awesome plus we got a discount because we were on the tour . We even had a backyard session to try out the goodies we got from the dispensary. To end the tour we went to a bo making factory and got some good deals there too. I would highly recommended Green Tours to anyone, it's a great experience!! read more

What a great tour for the novice enthusiast to the all around pot head. The dispensary was the best part. Learning the grow process was fascinating. The product and staff was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining differences in strains and uses for each. Ryan, our guide, was just too much. We loved him. Funny, charming and genuinely cared about providing his clients with the best all around experience. He's an aspiring actor who really gets into the role of tour operator. Gene and Mike are wonderful tour guides with a vast amount of knowledge in the Cannabis industry. They were able to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot) and seemed to love what they do so it made the overall experience that much better. We did the 420 experience. Getting to see the grow process first hand was something I've always wanted to check out and it did not disappoint, however the glass blowing behind-the-scenes part of the tour was absolutely fascinating and our favorite thing to see on the Green Tour! Despite not being a smoker myself, I had a lot of fun tagging along in the tour! The growers' crops were compromised recently which means we couldn't see any live plants - but we were able to go into the rooms and get a first hand look at various rooms and processes that most people never get to see. My favorite part of the tour was the live glass blowing demo, which showcases the craftsmanship and creativity of some very prolific artisans. (They also gave a heck of a discount!) Really enjoyed this tour. It was multifaceted and informative. Staff was very friendly and entertaining which included the Owner/driver(!) the Host and a Trainee. Suprisingly in depth information on the growing process as well as the history. Had Stoner Robb as the tour guide. He was very helpful, friendly and really knowledgeable in his craft. He entertained us with his comedic hosting but that stoner vibe is clearly for our enjoyment cuz that guy didnt miss a beat while reciting all that info about Cannabis! I took this tour and it was soooo great. We went to an exclusive grow facility where we saw every stage of the growing process. I was able to take photos with a huge branch with the most amazing nugs that I have ever seen. They also had a "hotbox tent" set up at one of their smoking locations. The coolest thing however was the glass blowing demonstration. I was able to see how bongs are made and we even saw a glass artist make a frog right in front of us... crazy flames and all. It was spectacular. I recommend this tour. It was fun, informational and "recreational" lol. read more

Tour guide was 20 minutes late, told offensive jokes and the driver told us all about how his wife didn't mind that he had a girlfriend. Not information I needed. It felt like I was on a tour run by stoners. I understand how that seems funny but I don't want the people responsible for me to come off as less than capable. I think there is something funny going on with these reviews. read more

Man what can I say bout Green Tours is that they are an awesome group to be with. I'm in a wheelchair and these guys made sure I was able to get on the bus by carrying me on the bus with a lil help from me. The guides make the trip great until you have the chance to meet and smoke with Tommy Chong the Legend himself. It was a cross off the bucket list Adventure.
