Instead, I was met with complete disrespect from the security staff. Rather than offering any assistance or concern, I was treated rudely and told to "go fuck off." I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the way I was spoken to. After years of being a customer, I will never return. No one should be treated this way, especially after experiencing an accident on the property. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with basic respect.
