I got acrylics done here and I came with a reference photo the woman that did my nails mixed an acrylic color specifically to match my picture, was very nice, and made sure I was happy with the result! Pedicure should have been nice and relaxing but they hurried so fast it was not. Normally Salons massage longer and take more time with toes. Very disappointed in my $45 pedicure. Also very disappointed in my manicure, not anything like the picture I showed and nails were very uneven. Daughter was getting hers done for her wedding and again nothing like the inspiration pic and uneven. If we show a picture and you cannot do the style, say so. . . Also got my granddaughters nails done and before we got home they all started peeling off...old polish, no top coat, who knows but again very disappointed. We had 6 people and I think only one was pleased with the service provided. What was meant to be a nice relaxing salon visit before the wedding weekend, was anything but. My mom and I went earlier this morning for pedicures and it was fantastic. The employees are extremely nice and made us both feel so relaxed and taken care of. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how many colors they had. I love DND and other salons that I've been to only have a couple colors of DND polish. Very good price for what you are getting. SO DIRTY. Tools were washed in the foot water and put back on the cart. Dirty gloves put in a salt scrub container. Clipping tools put back without cleaning before or after use. Insane read more

The salon is extremely clean and welcoming. I got a good pedicure but when I sat for a full set I felt dismissed. The gentlemen that did my nails rushed me through because people kept coming in and I could tell it was making him nervous. He kept looking up and side to side not really taking any care to his work. He was very distracted. Then when it was time to get the polish on when he placed the setting machine on my nails he would grunt at me to move my hands under it each time. When did we get to the point where we pay to be grunted at? I left pretty disappointed and I had just shared with my husband a few weeks earlier that I was thrilled that Greenville had a quality nail salon. I won't have him do my nails again. I will be back but I will be sure to have anyone else do my nails. Rude and dismissive. Please remember we are paying for a service. read more

I have been in to this salon twice now and have left with gorgeous nails! I prefer dip and I've never been happier with the way they've looked. My most recent visit, today, the salon was very busy and they were able to get me in and out as fast as possible (just over an hour). I am not please at my out come at all. This is the 3rd try to this salon. First time nails had lifting from the base and didnt even fit my nail size. 2nd time was sooo awesome. 3rd time utter let down.What i asked for was the scream nails very simple. When the tech said he couldnt do the scream mask i said ok can we ask someone to do that part. He never asked! He said everyone was too busy so we agreed on the blood splatter. Not even close! So instead of asking for tips or help he painted them all black. When it came to my fill which has been done at this salon since the new set was put on. The tech said it was junk. IT WAS THE JOB YALL DID PRIOR, removed all my nails painfully with a platic tip, which is 100% the wrong way. Then put on a new set. He asked me the shape i said coffin i recieved almond. The sides are filed crooked also. I get nail art can be hard and was willing to find other examples but he wanted no part of it. I understand walk ins were coming in but i made an appointment and willing to take the time. Instead I was completly blown off and dismissed. I dont understand why i paid full price but i did not recieve full quality service? This is what an amature can produce. I see sooo many creative sets on your facebook and on google but whenever i have asked for something creative i get told no. So i am left wondering is it realy your artwork or is there 1 person with skill and education?... i would love to refer you to my clients in the wedding and party industry but sadly i cannot at this time. read more
