I frequent the car wash when i come into town. I used to live nearby. I get the best treatment from all the workers there. From the initial contact to pulling into the tunnel. The managers have always been helpful if i have any questions. The people in charge of guiding my vehicle care take extra care to make sure my truck aligns with the tracks and are always kind. Thank you to the entire staff. Yesterday I noticed the towels have a different aroma. I think it was a lemony smell. That was better than the dry and mildewy smell from other car washes. This car wash is horrible!! I have a membership here and so does my husband. I am getting a car wash last week and their machine malfunctioned and came slamming down on my windshield and totally smashed it, along with breaking my wipers. It has been a week tomorrow with only one response from them "My sincere apologies for the delay. I am working on your Service Request ******* and I am looking forward to providing you with a status update as soon as possible.. Thank you very much for your patience." No number to call just an email that doesnt respond for days then sends a message like this! This location was right down the street from me and my SUV needed a wash and I'm too lazy to wash it at home. I went with the super shine which was $20, included tire wash, some sort of wax etc. Overall I had a good experience. Seem clean and decent. Staff was friendly. I pulled into the stall to vacuum and wipe the windows down using the cloths they provided. Kinda expensive but quality seem worth it. read more

We normally don't talk to workers because of the unlimited pass system for our other car but when I came in today with a car we don't have an unlimited pass for we needed some assistance. This is a great carwash. I haven't seen it breakdown constantly like others do. The vacuums work well and the place is well maintained.

Have been going to this location several times until the last we encountered a problem. Brief description is that the car wash malfunctioned and as a result the car was damaged with scratches in the aluminum trim as well as the paint. We immediately brought this to the attention of the attendant who from the get go denied it was their wash. I pointed out all the dirt that was left on the car and then proceeded to show him the scratched panels and trim. He gave me a form to fill out and said that management would get back to me with a determination of how they would resolve this. What I received was a complete denial of responsibility. The next step unfortunately is that I will be filing a small claims court action against Super Star for negligence in addition to the BBB claim which by the way is going nowhere so don't waste your time if this happens to you. Even better if you are smart I would avoid this car wash at all cost and warn anyone. Keep in mind we have a new 2024 car and there was no scratches until this wash. They take no responsibility and is completely mid managed and run by people that likely can't even spell customer service. Again, if you need a car this place should be avoided at all costs. read more

I've been coming to this location for a couple months and it's always been a smooth process until today when the reader didn't want to read my license plate correctly even after trying multiple lanes! Ricardo was nice enough to help me out and offered me a fast pass sticker so that I wouldn't have to deal with the same issue next time I came in. I went through the car wash and then he found me at the vacuum stations to give me the fast pass sticker. Great customer service and I really appreciated it! The vacuums work great here and there are always clean towels stocked. My only complaint would be that there isn't always a bottle of glass cleaner in each station like the 67th Ave location. read more

We started coming here when they first opened. It was super clean and they had the BEST strongest vacuums. I don't know what happened since they opened but the vacuum suction has slowly gotten worse and worse over time. They barely work. Which means it takes me 2-3 times longer to vacuum my car because I have to go over the same spots multiple times to get everything up. I'm currently looking for a new car wash because the vacuum is the most important part of a car wash for me. I have 3 kids and the car gets messy. I'm not sure why the vacuums are so much weaker than they used to be. Maybe they get clogged and no one cleans them or maybe the owners are trying to save money on power and turned them down. Either way it's not working for us anymore, sadly. Two stars because I always see attendants here cleaning up and working hard. read more

This car wash has a BIG ISSUE...management. I cannot tell you how many times I have driven up to the payment system and it just stalls. Cars are just sitting there for 5-10 minutes before one of the employees "fixes it". If it is working, there is an employee "checking credit cards" and trying to up-sell. The Public just wants to pay for a car wash, get the car wash and move on. FIX your payment system!!! STOP making people wait. read more

I purchased an unlimited pass. For some reason the machine won't open for my car. This has been going on for at least 8 months or when they opened. They have changed my license plate in the system multiple times. They have had multiple people try and figure it out. We have talked to corporate and no one can figure out why the machine won't let me into the car wash without someone manually doing it. I tried to go in this morning and the person working didn't see me sitting there to manually let me in and I had to back up and leave. EDIT- I do have a fast pass and it still doesn't work. After they kept saying it couldn't read my license plate, they gave me a tag. Then the tag didn't work and still doesn't. So then a manager said I had another tag that was from an old car wash on my car that needed to be removed because that was probably what was causing the new tag from your car wash not to work and told one of the employees to remove it. He came over to remove it with a razor blade, dropped the razor blade in my dash, left it there, halfway removed the sticker that was on my window, left a mess and told me he wasn't doing the rest because it was too stuck on from the heat. He worked on it for approximately three minutes and left a mess in my car. I called Corporate to complain, they apologized because when I went to go pick up the pieces he left on my dash, my finger hit the razor blade that was in my dash, luckily it wasn't on the sharp side and I didn't cut myself. That's very dangerous and we own a personal injury Law Firm and I told my husband and he said that's negligence. To this day, no one can figure out why my car cannot go through your car wash without someone manually opening up the gate. The manager has opened it up for me multiple times. FRAUDS. Poorly run, shady business. Just discovered 2+ years of charges on my debit card for a membership to this car wash location. I never consented to a membership. I never signed anything agreeing to a membership. When I called to dispute they said my license plate has been scanned at their location ONE TIME this year, so the membership was utilized and refused to refund the full amount. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. Their employees operate the kiosk. Their employees swipe your card. How was I supposed to know their employees would sign me up for a membership costing me over $800 in charges over two years.
