Bought a 2025ram 1500 it was plagued with misfires check engine lights. Worst is the finance lady that lied to me. Told me they were giving me 5 complimentry oil changes but when i read the paperwork she had moved my signature to 2200.00 service agreement for those 5 oil changes. !!!WARNING - FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE - BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars on the Finance Department, I would. Bought a Grand Cherokee L on October 17, 2024. Finance Manager, Sybrina Moore, was VERY unprofessional. She even refused to provide electronic copies of the ENTIRE sales folder, upon request (consumer protection law violation here). Missing documents include a non-secure POA for the purchase and another for the trade-in; only got the secure POA for the trade-in. Also missing was the first set of odometer forms (got the second set, though). And we were even cheated into buying an appearance protection contract without our consent, when we asked to buy ONLY a service contract...and NOTHING ELSE! Then, she claimed that ALVIN (the title system here in Alabama) was down at the time, and we requested she email the title application to us. She took her sweet time, and we had to resort going back to the dealership in person the following Monday to sign the title application. Later on, I found out that she provided us a paper copy of the WRONG Retail Installment Contract for ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I destroyed it (hoping it's the right thing to do), and went on the USB drive and printed out the right one. I hope she gets fired. During the whole process, we asked for a paper copy of the factory warranty and tire warranty booklets. The salesman told us to talk to finance about that, and she gave us the RUNAROUND by directing us back to our salesman, in which he said they would be mailed to us. And, did we ever get those two booklets? NEVER! Salesman was nice and professional, though. However, we will NEVER buy from this dealership EVER again! If anyone here who is going to deal with the finance department reads this, beware! I really hope this dealership shuts down, or someone local buys them out. EDIT: To elaborate what happened in the finance department, the finance lady did give us a USB with electronic copies of documents. While she was preparing the USB, I told her to select ALL documents that were listed on the computer screen. She did. Then, to my surprise, she started de-selecting certain documents. I told her not to do that, and then she rudely told me she was not allowed to provide copies of certain documents, even though they had our signatures on them. I figured out what was missing on the flash drive: a electronically signed Credit Application, the first set of Odometer forms (we signed two sets for both purchase and trade-in; that makes a total of 4; we were only provided copies of the second set), and non-secure POAs for both purchase and trade-in (we only got the secure version for the trade-in on the USB). After researching consumer protection laws, I've determined that this was a violation of the law, and I had filed an FTC complaint on this incident. I know for a fact that the other dealership I go to (C.A. Russell Ford) is more willing to provide copies of an entire sales jacket, whether paper or electronic, and are very honest and professional. So, to anyone buying a vehicle at Greenway...BEWARE! This dealership group (HQ'd in Orlando) are a bunch of CRIMINALS! Just a PSA: if ANYONE has to deal with these scumbags, and you ask for the complete sales folder on a PDF, then watch their computer screen as they prepare it, and if they deceive you by illegally curating that file when you tell them not to, that's a crime. I encourage ANYONE who encounters these deceptive practices to file not only an FTC complaint, but also pursue action through the BBB and the Alabama AG ASAP! My truck needed service so I stopped by without an appointment. Then we're nice enough to work me in. They did my oil change and balanced and rotated tires. They also checked everything else and found my cabin air filter was about plugged. My engine air filter was good so they didn't sell any unnecessary stuff like most places or recommend services I didn't need. I give the 5 star. I bought a new car on Feb 5th. Prior to delivery i had asked for my paperwork be sent so I could go over it before hand. Purchase cost, etc. I get a notifications l, they're on the way. I called and said hwy I needy paperwork! I was told they would send it right now, so sorry. In the same convo, Elizabeth said, I can look ot over when I get there. The dealership delivered the car. I was rushed to sign documents. When they left they didn't leave me a temp tag to drivers with. Meanwhile i still don't have copies of the papers I just signed. I let them know I didn't have a tag, they overnighted one. Still didnt have ANY papers at that point. I received an email with the paperwork finally like the next day. I was told I'd get hard copies in the mail. I called numerous times and was told they'd be sent. The week before my tags were set to expire I called 3 times was a dived they'd be overnighted they never were. Funky they over nightes them to the tag place with the check to pay for my tags. Check was over 1700. 00 short. I called and spoke with Jeff Burt who claims to want to know if a customer isn't happy per his email... He proceeded to tall me that one could be printed my papers off. Beside the point. I told him my tags are now expired and they didn't send enuf money for my tags. He told me he didnt know what to tell me about my tags being expired. He said they're out of temp tags so he wasn't sending me one and he would do some calculations. I called back the next day, he says he made a mistake and will send 1599.00. This is STILL not the complete amount needed per the clerks paper. I had her write it all out and I had sent it to him. He said it'd be there by that Friday. I called back again and talked to Jonathan Harris. He sent me a temp tag NDA. He also said he'd talk to Jeff Burt that this has happened before. Finally he says that all they're sending is the 1599. 00. I adv that they hadn't even sent that yet bc it was the next week and Jeff Burt had said it'd be here by the previous Friday. They mailed the check, It arrived. I am still in debt to pay for my tags that should've have been calculated into the purchase price! 253.80. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY FROM ANNISTON UNIVERSITY DODGE IN ALABAMA. They're crooks, they refuse to make their errors right and what should be a joyous occasion of a new car has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I hope I can save some people the hassle I have had to endure. read more

they post a car for one price online, when you get there you get another, when you settle on a monthly payment and believe the term that matches the price, they lie and you find out that the term and interest rate doesn't match the agreed upon terms. also my salesman dickered me out of $103.00 for me waisting his time he did this as I was being taken my house which made me feel intimidated to give him the money. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I bought a brand new vehicle, and once I left the lot with it, they were done with me. There were two items needing attention post-sale, and only one of them has been accomplished after I had to call them about it. The other one is still outstanding (going on 3 months now), even after I mentioned it to the service department no less than 3 times, they never even ordered the necessary parts, only to find out its on back order. Then my new vehicle's windshield experienced an expansion crack at less than 2 months old. Service/parts said it should be covered by warranty but it'll take two weeks to get approved. Fine. I let three weeks go by before calling them back, at which time they said everything was all set to replace the windshield and they would need my vehicle for 2 days and could provide a loaner. Excellent coordination getting the drop-off and loaner pick up accomplished. Until I got in the loaner. Which was actually a rental from a used car lot down the road, which had dirt and food particles inside, smelled like old smoke, had over 70K miles, and an empty gas tank! I had to deal with it since I had someplace to be, but I told the service person I wasn't happy before I left. I called the used car lot and arranged to get something different later that afternoon. What did they give me? Something older with more miles on it and a huge gash in the dashboard (at least it smelled like it was drowned in air freshener). I didn't even start it. I turned those keys in and was about to go to Avis when they tried one last time with a newer model, 40K mile sedan that was mostly clean and had a full tank. I took it and left, not wanting to deal with it any more. I promise I am not a whiter at all, and this had gotten me thoroughly upset. So I get through the next two days, and the day before I'm supposed to pick it up my spouse calls me to let me know the service department called. My vehicle had the oil changed and tires rotated and was ready to be picked up (it was due so I asked them to do that while it was there). Unfortunately the windshield was on BACKORDER. Um, excuse me? Then WHY did you have me go through all that BS if you didn't even have the replacement in house? Needless to say I am never going back there. And will tell everyone I know to stay far away. read more

I am giving this dealership a 1 star only because I can't give them a zero! This is absolutely the worst service department that I have ever experienced. I called to get an appointment to get some things taken care of (I made a list that I gave to them when I arrived at the appointment). When I purchased the truck a year ago I bought the head-to-toe warranty and needed to get a "check engine" issue fixed along with some other things that were going wrong. They said they were booked up but gave me an appointment 2 weeks out. When I showed up for the appointment they told me that they would need to keep my vehicle for 3 weeks because they were so booked up. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Why make an appointment if you can't do the service in a timely manner? I then asked if they had a loaner vehicle and was told no. Bear in mind that I live 40 miles from this dealership. As I was headed to speak to the GM of the dealership I ran into the salesman that sold me the truck and explained to him what was going on. He got someone on the phone and the next thing I knew the service manager was coming over to tell me that there was a misunderstanding (hmmmm) and that I would be given a rental car while mine was being repaired. Fast forward to today. I arrived to pick up my truck (it was filthy) and they handed me a bill for $152.00. So much for the head-to-toe warranty. To be fair that did include a $100 deductible but a part had failed that wasn't covered under the warranty. I don't how it wasn't since it isn't a "wear" item but I digress. The display screen and remote entry fobs were two of the things on my list. When I asked about them the service guy said "Oh, I forgot about those things". 3 weeks to fix these things and they forgot? I am done with this dealership! I have been dealing with him for several years now ....Everything up front Nothing hidden and the BEST customer service from him. He called a couple days after my purchase to make sure I was Happy and to see of I had any questions. Once I even called him, told him I was looking for a commuter car for work travel... He called me back in a few days and had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. He makes car buying easy and I don't feel like in the end I been over charged.
