The car they sent me had an *EXPIRED SEAT IMPROPERLY INSTALLED.* The car seat was four years out of date. The driver's point of view on the expiration and improper installation was "not my problem." The dispatchers point of view was "not my problem." Who's problem is it then? Mine apparently, who had to put my infant child's safety at risk to take my prepaid rush hour car over an hour from JFK to Connecticut. A child's safety while in their vehicle should be of upmost importance to a car service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. When I tried calling, someone picked up after a time, held the line, but was silent. When I called back, they picked up and hung up. Maybe they themselves are the victim of a cyber-attack?
