They did not notify me that the stone was missing and when I asked, they couldn't tell me how it got lost. I've tried for two months to get a proper replacement for it, and they refuse to replace it with the same quality sapphire. In addition, they damaged my gold band at a cost of $295 to repair. Van Guilder's is dishonest, has terrible customer service and are not reputable. Avoid this jewelry store like the plague!
