They then charged me for a service call to send out a tech to diagnose the issue as being the camera, which we had already conducted over the phone. Also, they sent the tech out without a replacement camera. They were then going to charge me to send out the tech to replace the camera. This could have been resolved in the first visit. I had to escalate and debate that they did not stand behind the quality of the systems they are selling. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.
