I visit my parents often and they had specialty electronics do some custom work for their second living room (or whatever it's called) and for the pool area tv/sound system. I don't know what to say except that it came out awesome! I've never seen a tv that hides into the furniture and just rolls up out of nowhere! And it's a 65 in TV!!! The sound system is amazing with none of the wires being visible, you barely notice the speakers are even there until you turn up the volume. Uxari Vitex installed our system and in less than 5 months one of the camera's failed (the camera…read morewas under warranty).. I diagnosed over the phone with Uxari Vitex and the camera was the issue. They then charged me for a service call to send out a tech to diagnose the issue as being the camera, which we had already conducted over the phone. Also, they sent the tech out without a replacement camera. They were then going to charge me to send out the tech to replace the camera. This could have been resolved in the first visit. I had to escalate and debate that they did not stand behind the quality of the systems they are selling. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.
