Next morning I went to the Verizon store on Cape Coral Pkwy and Morgan greeted me and assured me I would be back in business in no time. She was fantastic in getting an S25 phone , which was quite similar to my S22. Within a short time I was back in action with my new S25. It is not always easy getting a new phone because we are all used to our current one. Morgan showed me the ways and abouts of this new model and I greatly appreciated it. My experience with the customer service there was very disappointing. I had an issue with a charge that was still being applied to my account even after I had already closed my service, and I went to the store looking for help to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get assistance, and in the end, they did not provide a solution. I was told to contact a representative myself, when I expected the staff at the location to guide me or help me through the process. The person who assisted me was not very empathetic and did not seem interested in understanding my situation. I felt a lack of attention, professionalism, and basic human consideration during the interaction. The manager also did not do anything meaningful to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for good customer service or support.

It is the business's prerogative to charge for services as they see fit, it is inappropriate however to not disclose these charges to a customer.

It struck me early in the conversation that Ryan "got me" and understood what I felt was the problem. Turned out this issue did not have an easy 1 - 2 - 3 solution. It was complicated, really complicated, dealing with the tech people of one of the big commuicaton companies (we all know what that's like to tackle with, major headache). But Ryan hung in there every step of the way and had conversations with the agents I would have had no idea how to do. (Knows the lingo so he could move things along). All to say, I think Ryan is a good starting point when you've got an electronic challenge. Give him a whirl.
