I heard this spot in the neighborhood had some interesting desserts and today I only got their soy milk egg tart, but I definitely want to return for their other treats! They're pretty reasonably priced and the desserts all looked so delicious and so many different options available. I love egg tarts so I specifically had that today. I have mixed reviews for this place. I loveeee their daifukus - literally every single flavor is amazing! This was the first item I've ever tried there and I went back two more times and tried various basque cheesecakes, the black sesame soy milk mochi, and the mango pomelo sago box cake but I felt like they were all very bland. This would normally be hard to find in a vast sea of dessert parlors and restaurants in 8th Avenue Chinatown. Fortunately, Google is able to quickly locate an authentic location that dishes out decent matcha flavors at a very affordable price. The menu is quite simple. You have a wide range of coffees, teas, and pastry desserts. The desserts, ranging in tarts, cakes and custards appear to vary in mostly Asian flavors. It is not overly sweet and the prices per item is under $10.00. Although small, you can buy entire cakes for any occasion. The staff are quick with the orders as the shop is quite small and they are definitely trained to not leave customers waiting. This is a very casual spot and decent matcha if you suddenly crave for it. It wouldn't fully satisfy my itch but it will get me 90% there. read more

Wide range of options to select from & really love their coffee tea infused drinks! Got the strawberry matcha which was an amazing balance of matcha & strawberry! Also tried the Yun Chun latte which was a very interesting concept. It was I think black tea infused with coffee. The coffee tasted fresh & was perf for a cold day. This small little coffee shop is hard to find. Located on the side streets, there's no big signage, just a location from Yelp to pinpoint the shop. Walked up to the front counter and ordered a hot Matcha Latte, wait time for my drink order was quick and friendly since I was the only customer there. Drink itself tasted good, would've preferred a more high grade Matcha flavor- the milky flavor over-powered the entire drink. Menu has a lot of different varieties of teas and coffee flavor drinks, will come to try other selections; this small shop also sells cakes and pastries as well. read more

A tiny little spot to get some match and some desserts. There is no seating so everything is grab and go. the matcha taste okay but I can't really say the same about the cupcakes I got as it felt like it was made a while ago. But given the price, it wasn't too bad. Service is quick to serve you once you reach the spot of the line. read more

Decent matcha for a decent price in South Brooklyn. Not particularly strong, not particularly weak. Good vegan options, staff here is bilingual and apparently their desserts are pretty good. It is what I consider a gentrified cafe and a modern take on old world asian classics. read more
