These Portuguese egg tart are huge. Having one is more then enough. We bought a 6 pack for a deal and cannot eat then all the same day. Unfortunately the next day, the shell becomes soggy and become not too pleasant to have. They look very pretty and delicious but after trying, they are just ok. Probably only try once.

Very busy store and the drinks section seems a bit disorganized. The egg tarts are good, but too sweet for my liking. The crust was my favorite part, very flaky. You have to eat them fresh, otherwise the crust gets soggy and there is no turning back, even if you reheat them. Their meat floss cakes was good but I wouldn't pay that much again for it. The drink I got was mediocre, the Velvet Matcha Latte. Very watered down, bland and expensive.

This tea place has a very large and open layout. There are two machines available for orders and one person at the counter. I tried their original egg tart and it was actually quite good. The filling was soft and pillowy. It was not too sweet and it was large. The crust was also flaky. I got the Strawberry Pro Bottle that yogurt and milk instead of tea. I liked that they had some non-tea options because I cannot drink caffeine. The oat popping boba was satisfying. There was plenty of seating and everything was very new. Nice space and items available. However, it is very pricey, basically $10 for a drink.

I think their service can be improved, the day was really hot and their AC was not working. Food was amazing, they only sell to go boxes, which is okay but we couldn't find any napkin, plate or utensils anywhere! The space is big so it makes sense there was a lot of people!

More like 3.5 stars to be exact. Walked into this branch on a busy afternoon weekend, there's people lining up everywhere and no staff in sight to direct line traffic (disorganized); There's no clear signage of where to place in-store purchases and kiosk machines were all occupied. Finally, got to the register and wanted to take advantage of their BOGO Matcha drinks deal; also bought the Pistachio creme pastry as well. Cashier informed drink orders were about 30 mins wait- I agreed. Alas, Was able to grab a seat at the back of the store, ate my pastry and finally got my Matcha drinks. The strawberry Matcha creme foam tea was good at the beginning, but the fruit was a bit too sour and tart and did not accompany Matcha flavor too well; I did enjoy my other Matcha drink though. Overall, a good start for this franchised store.

Very cute place to unwind and relax and chat with a friend in a casual manner. I was waiting for takeout and decide to try one of their popular caramel egg tarts and I also threw in a strawberry tart. As an obsessive green juice lover I had to get their daily green bottle and my partner is an avid fan of mango sago so we ordered that as well. I feel like HEYTEA is still better in terms of their fruit tea drinks because they have better tea but their daily green bottle but the spot for me in terms of flavor. The caramel egg tart is too strong for me in terms of an egg tart and is really oily but I enjoyed the strawberry one more because it had whipped cream with some strawberries. Ngl I kept going to the bathroom after this and had major stomach issues and cramping at one point so I'm not sure if it's fiber but usually this doesn't happen to me so I'm a little worried about ordering another one but I really like their branding and the atmosphere of the place. Probably won't be ordering again and go straight to HEYTEA.

Heard a lot of good reveals the egg tarts when they freshly opened and now finally had a chance to try it. I love the flaky crust. The egg trot is a little bit bigger than the regular egg chart that you used to have. It is unique that their custard are not the regular round shape, but has a starship edges to it. The custard was good, it is not too heavy and it is light and creamy. The sweetness level was just enough. The store is clean and they have a bathroom for the customer. The store provides disposable gloves to eat their tarts without using your hands, which is very considerate. I will definitely come back to try the drinks next time!

When Naisnow first opened in Flushing, I remember the lines being insane. So when I heard they were opening a location in Bensonhurst, I knew I had to check it out. The shop is spacious, bright, and inviting. There are a few self-order kiosks near the entrance, along with a traditional ordering line. The pickup process was a little confusing, though. Drinks are picked up in the back while pastries and baked goods are picked up in the front, which made the whole flow feel a bit disjointed? You definitely have to wait a bit, but that's to be expected when it comes to popular drink spots. The drinks weren't very sweet, which is usually a good thing when it comes to Chinese desserts, but I think I may have gone too low on the sugar level. I'll probably order a higher percentage next time before making up my mind. The pastries were definitely the highlight. We tried the original egg tarts, a matcha egg tart, and the pork floss cakes. The original egg tarts were easily my favorite. They were flaky, rich, and worth ordering again, even if they are a little pricey. The matcha version was fine, but I would stick with the classic flavor next time. The pork floss cakes were surprisingly addictive too, although if I had to choose, I would still go straight for the egg tarts. Overall, Naisnow made a good first impression. I enjoyed the pastries more than the drinks, but I'll be coming back to try more of their menu.

The caramel egg tarts (plain) have crispy flaky layered shells and a super soft silky egg custard . It's delicious. I also ordered the other tarts and didn't realize they were the plain tarts with stuff on top. I should have, but thought it was a tart shell with different fillings, that's on me. So the strawberry and blueberry tarts didn't really feel worth it to me. However; they have a buy 5 plain tarts get 1 free as well as buy 5 specialty tarts and get 1 specialty tart free. The pork floss cakes; it's a sponge cake, a thin layer of mayo and crispy pork floss and seaweed. I thought it was fine, but it leans a bit sweet. It's pillowy soft though. Because it has to be said; logistically it was really rough. They're really trying, it's the weekend and there's a lot of hype. Remember it's the soft opening and they were really nice. I stopped by at 11:15am; that's 15 min after opening on a Saturday. There was a line from the register to the door, and it took 30 min to get to the front. The goods were ready and waiting; so it wasn't about inventory ; it's a logistical issue. A note to owner if you see this: You should have multiple people working the line from the beginning and taking the order and number /name; start packing up the order and by the time they get to the register to pay. Especially if you only have one register. Overall; the plain tarts are tasty! The people are nice, the logistics need work and I hope they figure it out soon. Will try out their drinks next time.

So loud. So many people. So little tart options. I'm guessing they are very well-known because they ran out of certain items on a random Wednesday early afternoon. The music was sort of cutting in and out, maybe because it's blasting too high. People with sensitive auditory issues, stay away from the back booths. We had to move to another table because the noise hurt our ears. Come prepared knowing what you want to order because there are only 2 kiosks for you to click to buy and there's 1 register but no cashier to handle your business because everyone is frantically all over the place, trying to catch the deluge in a paper cup. There was a line for food and another line for the loo. There's only one. And they ran out of toilet paper, sad times... Maybe it's a no-school day, maybe they're extremely popular, but damn, I was not expecting to wait 30 minutes to get the regular egg tarts and a few drinks. Ain't nobody got time for dat! Overall, a great addition to the area and I'm confident they will succeed. They just need to fine tune some things for the grand opening.

Stopped by for some bubble tea to go after lunch. It was very crowded. My sister ordered her usual for her and my daughter, which she does often at the Flushing location, Highland Tea Latte. My brother ordered a berry drink which he says he enjoyed. I'm not much of a bubble tea person. I ordered Super Orange Fruit Tea. Sounded good but unbeknownst to me there was no sugar added - I hated it. This store was running a promotion when we went - buy 2 drinks to be eligible to draw a ball to determine whether you win a cooler bag, egg tart, or magnet. My daughter received a couple of bags. This seems to be a popular bubble tea place, but for me, I'll give it 3 1/2 stars and next time, I'll add some sugar to my drink.

A new spot to try drinks that are popular for the moment. This place is quite new in the neighborhood at the time of this review so it is quite packed. Visited the locations in Flushing and other one at 8th avenue and those 2 don't have nearly as many people coming in. I would say this place is mainly just there for hype as I feel the drinks aren't really that good and not worth the price. The inside is just like a cafe with a lot of room for people to relax and chat.

I had no problem finding parking. They had a few people ordering at the front, and a few people eating in the back. I perused the available cake (and pie) slices and other smaller baked goods, but did not see the Blackout Cake Slice! When I asked the staff, they regretfully informed me that they did not have slices that day, so I went with the next best option... an 8" cake! I didn't get any writing on the cake, as I already had a Happy Birthday candle, and I didn't want to add extra icing to the cake. I liked how well they package the cake. The box was large enough, and they line the bag with a thin piece of cardboard to stabilize the box. I'm not a big sweets person, but I enjoyed the chocolate-y richness of the cake. The cake itself was moist and the pudding held everything together well. I would be back to try their Strawberry Shortcake and other desserts.

It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way. The tomatoes reminded me of the ones I grew in my garden during California summers as a teenager. Perfectly salted, layered over soft, not-too-tart feta. The focaccia was made with beautiful olive oil and, while a bit chewier than I usually prefer, gave the sandwich a satisfying bite. I had to close my eyes while eating it just to savor it. The chocolate cherry almond croissant... wow. Such a creative combination, and it did not disappoint.
