[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a cute and hidden little spot that Industry city offers[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was so happy to encounter this space and luckily I did because I saw so many people walking around with their matcha and the guided me to this amazing spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The matcha is definitely premium quality which you could actually taste as soon as it touched your mouth [[HIGHLIGHT]]their space is a little small but they definitely make it work[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their soda was made from scratch and had the most amazing taste !! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would totally grab a drink here to go and walk around the many buildings/businesses that Industry city has to offer or I would stay and hang out in their sitting area where you can relax while you sip your drink[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Yuzu cupcake & vegan banana something cookie - both so delish!

That seasonal lavender latte was amaaaazing! I just recently tried it & it was so fragrant (you smell & taste the lavendar & coffee), delicious, and soothing. Excellent! My sister tried the cold brew and she said it was one of the best cold brew she had in a while! It was very smooth, not acidic, fragrant. Also ate the yuzu cupcake again (which was always so soft and delicious) & tried the vegan banana something cookie (we were shocked how delicious it was). God bless the staff at tadaima! They always serve high quality things.

This was tricky to find. There was a bit of a line on the weekend, but it moved quickly. They often sell out of pastries.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute Japanese cafe, tucked down a quiet hallway in industry city.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please respect the sign outside which says maximum of 3 people in line inside at a time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is very cozy and quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The lavender matcha latte here is very good, hint of sweetness and strong lavender flavor. They are also generous with the matcha scoops. The chai latte was good, but not great. To be fair, I don't think any chai that I've tried from a cafe has been better than one from an Indian restaurant. I definitely recommend trying the pastries. We got a yuzu muffin cake and it the citrus flavor complimented the butteriness of the cake.

Sign explaining the ethos of the cafe.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A cozy cute Japanese cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tatiana means "I'm home." [[HIGHLIGHT]]It can only seat 3-4 people however you can grab drinks and little baked goods to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have specialty drinks, like Mizu-Dashi slow drip coffee (takes 8 hours drop by drop to slow drip a Japanese style cold brew). They also serve Hojicha latte, black sesame latte, matcha, iced teas, and a variety of other drinks.

Came here early afternoon and there was just a few people ahead of me. Got the hojicha latte and salted hojicha chocolate cookie. The latte was good as was the cookie. However I do wish the cookie was bigger for the price and more evenly salted. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is limited seating inside by the windows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is very cozy and warm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really cute cafe with great pastries and drinks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Matcha here is high quality and very authentic, tastes just like the matcha I got in Japan (I'm not the biggest fan of matcha but for those of you who are, would def recommend!). I ordered the hojicha latte (something new, my first time trying it), which was the perfect sweetness and paired really well with all the pastries. Had a difficult time ranking the baked goods, they were all very good in their own way, but I think I liked this cherry custard croissant-like pastry best (forget what it was called). We also tried the yuzu cake (tons of yuzu flavor!), coffee donut (espresso flavor again super strong), and hojicha-chocolate chip cookie (a solid cookie for sure). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Limited seating inside, prob sits like 6 max.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place is an experience. From waiting in the line outside to finally being able to go inside. You are greeted so warmly when you enter and your drinks are made with such attention and love. Hands down the best lemonade I've ever had and their matcha was top quality too. The pastries are delicate and delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a beautiful little space and I'd definitely stand on line for however long for that lemonade![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Get two!

Food: This cafe has various pastries including cookies, scones, cake, and more. For drinks m, they offer a variety of coffees, lattes, and hot chocolates. Many of the pastries and drinks are Asian flavors including black sesame, hojicha, and chestnut. I tried the hojicha latte which was excellent. The pastries are good; I would recommend the earl grey madeline. Some of the cookies were too sweet for my preference, but overall very delicious baked goods. Service: Service was excellent; the staff are Japanese. They were friendly and very customer-focused. Customer service here is the same as you would expect in Japan. Ambiance: This is a small cafe tucked away on the second floor of Industry City in Building 5. Being in this cafe reminds me of being in Japan. Everything is very neat and simplistic. There are about five seats available in the cafe; space is tight and intimate. They have a lot of merchandise for sale including bags of teas, coffees, granola, and other cute trinkets. Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe!

Black sesame latte is so yummy!!!! This little shop was inside industry city japan village. A little bit hard to find but my friend found it accidentally once so she guided us through. The place only seats probably 4, tiny tables and chairs but it wasn't sat with people so my friend and I sat down comfortably. The cookies were pretty and they have matcha.

This coffee shop has a magical vibe, tucked away on the second floor. The wood-tone decor and Japanese-style accents create a calm, inviting space. Their pastries look like art pieces, and I devoured the yuzu cupcake and Earl Grey madeleine in a flash. They also have a seasonal drink--for December, it's the chestnut latte, which is delightful. I only wish I lived closer so I could come here every day!

I've actually tried to come before but they were closed by the time I got there because I got lost haha so was very excited to finally try!! It's tucked away on the second floor in building 5 - you'll see a bunch of other cute shops and taidama is in this hallway! The inside is super small, so there might be a line. They have a lot of delicious Japanese inspired baked goods and drinks! My friends and I got the caramelized onion cheese scone, maple fig walnut scone, yuzu lemon cake, and vegan carrot cake! My favorite was the caramelized onion cheese scone! I also ordered the seasonal chestnut hojicha latte with oat milk which was delicious! The roasted notes in the hojicha paired well with the chestnut! Definitely want to come back and try their matcha and some other desserts!!

Overall rating: 4.9 What a hidden gem! The lattes are obout $10 but the size makes it worth it. I love this place so much!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wish it was open just a tad later[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but the coffee is so good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is really tiny and there's a sign that says it can only allow for 3-5 people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But it's so worth it! It is soo soo good!

Their cold brew has dark and rich notes of chocolate and almond, which couldn't be more fitting for a pastry and bake shop. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I try and make a point to grab a cup here. And while I've only been here a couple of times, the staff has been polite, and the coffee has been consistent - the latter being an issue for many shops. Baked doesn't try to be too cool or anything other than what it is. It's an unpretentious bake shop that offers a perfectly chilled cold brew that deserves to be savored with each sip and doesn't break the bank. It's worth making the trip even and I'll be doing so, even if I'm not exactly in the neighborhood.

I would never have guessed that the cake was caramel soaked because it wasn't awfully sweet. Similarly, I had no clue the ganache was also caramel chocolate. Overall, it was a phenomenal slice which made me look up the bakery. Based on their website, they specialize in cakes and brownies. They have about 30 different cake options ranging from citrus passionfruit cake to caramel apple cake. Too bad there are more horrific bad service reviews than I would like to trust to order a cake from here for a big day. But hasn't scared me off from coming in person to try a few of these slices.

Since it was my husband's and I first time we decided to get two different tastings. The Classic Trio y Shiboritate Trio. I got the Classic Trio Flight ($18), which they serve Number Fourteen, Blue Door, and Occidental. I was very impressed with all of them, regardless of how they were made. I don't think I've ever had sake this smooth in my life before. I also got to try two other drinks. The Weekend Lover ($17) consists of ube (which gives it that distinct purple color), coconut, sake kasu pina colada, msg, sweet potato shochu, Oaxaca rum, lime, and a mango leaf that they light one fire for aesthetics. This drink I enjoyed. I also tried the Kakariko Highball ($16) which is made with buckwheat shochu, japanese bourbon, sherry, soda, lemon oil. I wasn't too fond of this drink unfortunately. If you didn't know, they also serve food and they're fantastic. Don't sleep on the food! I got an order of the Kura Hot Wings ($18), which they do give you a bowl of water to wash your fingers with. There a dressing that comes on the side, not sure what it is, but do dip as it tastes great! I didn't think I'd like the Okinawa Sweet Potato Gnocchi ($14), but these tasted great. It comes with housemate pesto, which I liked as a dipping sauce. The Chicken Fried Oyster Mushroom ($15) is a great alternative if you're vegan. This comes with a russian dressing which goes perfectly well with the oyster mushrooms.
