White arrow points to the zip tie the dealer installed and charged me $150.00.

Service center is a rip off, service writer was a clown that didn't listen to customers (including myself) but the worst part? To fix a door latch and cable I had replaced myself but couldn't get to work correctly, they installed a zip tie. 5 minutes of work snd a zip tie costed $150.00. And no one in management bothered to reach out to me after that review on an internet browser's search page.

Card showing that made to look as if you won but "everyone is a winner"

Very deceptive marketing, the mailed card we received literally said peel back to see if you won a prize and it turns out it was fake just to get you in the door. Very deceptive, most likely will not get my business for these shady dealings

Absolutely awful!!! Cars are extremely poorly prepped,…read moreVery deceiving Bad experience DO NOT GO THERE!!! Shady. Looked at their most expensive vehicle (of their 8-10 in inventory) Sent a deposit several days prior to visiting. Salesperson Sayeed was outstanding- not very well versed on vehicles/ technology but very courteous, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Vehicle in question had what they termed minor front end damage - also noted on Carfax. However, front undercarriage had more extensive deep scrapes, damaged ducting and also a very deep gouge under drivers door threshold- Carfax unfortunately isn't always accurate or detailed. Ran OBD2 codes - vehicle had multiple faults - in several of the PCMs - transmission, suspension, electronics and more. Test drove on freeway - vibration front end, steering wheel cocked left, vehicle misaligned Rear end vibrations horrible. Severe shaking at freeway speed. NOT FLAT SPOTTED TIRES! Brakes severely weak!! Would not stop well without strong brake pedal pressure. These were just the things I saw. Car was also poorly prepped/detailed. Under crossmembers full of debris/rocks, frunk cover removed and components covered in dirt. So sad given this type of car, drove three hours to trade my impeccable car plus cash. Walked into "dealership" - salesperson entered his managers office, manager glanced at me smugly. Salesperson came out and said okay, guess we're done. I was perplexed!! I thought the manager would at least come out and greet me AND, BIG AND, MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO SELL THE CAR!! Blew my mind they wouldn't try:) Heck, I wanted the car badly - they could have offered to at least resolve the drive ability issues, come down a thousand in price and still have a deal. Instead he said okay, see you later. At that point I asked for my deposit back. Salesperson told me couple days prior if deal fell thru I'd get it back. Car was in poor shape and not even SAFE to drive home!!!! Manage said deposits are non-refundable. What?? What kind of business needs my $500 deposit to stay in operation AFTER trying to sell an unsafe, damaged, poorly prepped high line car!! At that point I did get upset and said "bullshit, I want my deposit back and I know the automotive business better than they do" The owner came out and said "fine give him back his deposit " owner made some comment like get out of here and gave me a look that absolutely seemed like he was going to physically approach me. At this point I texted my son waiting outside to come in so I have a witness!! Owner became threatening. Worst experience I've ever had at ANY business let alone automotive!!! Blew my mind!! Car was under blue book! If they spent just a little time and a few hundred dollars they could have listed the car for much more - but maybe the issues needing resolution were just too expensive for their small operation to pay for and still make some kind of profits there. To recap: - awful vehicles - no prep, safety or service checks - sales manager very discourteous - owner threatening - and then operationally - just a poor business - didn't even attempt to "save the deal". Totally odd. Anyhow, drive back home my son and I discussed - we were astounded!! And very very happy they didn't try to save the deal since I think that car was going to need a lot of work!!!!

If you are buying from out of state BEWARE. The sales process was great as so was the actual…read morepurchase. The issue is with BMW of Bowling Green Title clerk, Amber. We bought our BMW on June 30th and was delivered July 2nd and our trade was taken back to the dealership. Simple and easy! We are from South Carolina and have a 45 day period to register/transfer the tag. I had completed all paperwork for the tag transfer on June 30th. After receiving notice that my wife's license would be suspended because the SC DMV could not verify insurance on our traded vehicle. I reached out to the dealership attempting to speak with the title clerk on 8/11. I could never actually get past the receptionist. She would say the clerk is busy, in a meeting, or with a customer. She said she would give the clerk my message and would be called back by the end of the day. I also emailed a copy of the DL suspension letter to Amber but did not get a reply back. I called back in the afternoon since I heard not heard back from anyone. Again, could not get past the receptionist but was told they were working on the paperwork that day and it would be submitted. My wife called the dealership on 8/22 attempting to speak to the title clerk to verify the required forms were sent. Again, could not get past the receptionist but was told they sent the documents on 8/18. I called the SC DMV on 8/24 and was told that nothing had been received regarding the purchase or transfer of the vehicle. Per the DMV, my wife would have to come to the local office and complete a notice of sale to ensure her license would not be suspended on 9/2, which she did. Again, I called the dealership asking to speak to the title clerk. Again, could not get past the receptionist. I also informed them that our temporary tag was set to expire on 9/2 and we would need another one of those. The receptionist again said she spoke to the clerk and would call be back shortly. I told the receptionist at this point I need to speak to the dealership manager if I do not get a callback by noon. After noon, I called back again and was put to the dealership general mailbox as the receptionist would no longer take my calls. I attempted 4 more times with the same result. My wife got in touch with Jasmine, our sales person, She had no idea there was any issue and she would try and see what she could find out. I received a call from the SC DMV on 8/26 but would have to come to the local branch as the paperwork was not complete. The tag number we needed transferred was not on the transfer application. The DMV waived the late penalty as we had explained everything that had went on. Now that the DMV notice of sale was turned in, there was no record of the original tag. That now had to be reopened and completed by the local DMV. This was hardly a high end car buying experience. I expected more from a BMW dealer, especially with customer service and returning customer calls. They also charged us their standard $799 doc fee as well as $281 for the registration fee that only cost around $50.00 for the title and tag transfer. Still have never received a call from the Title clerk! This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced.
