I would like to give a good review on Dana in the front office. She is sweet and wants to help you. I'm glad she is there.

Greer Ranch is a great place to live if your looking for homes. Close to stores and gray access to freeways. Gray hiking trails too.

Goodwill said to come here to drop off mattresses... WHEN YOU ARRIVE you have to drive around the cones and wait at the STOP SIGN until the car in front of you has has been helped... SUNDAY AFTERNOON: There was only one car in front of us! When it was our turn: a young man said WE DON'T ACCEPT MATTRESSES. It was a foldable TWIN MATTRESS. It seemed like he just wanted us to not donate anything here. Another older guy came out to confirm the same thing. I asked if they accept pillows and blankets and they said YES! I'm not sure if it's because it's TEMECULA but, I recall going to another Salvation Army in Pasadena and the people there were really friendly and welcoming! Mostly seniors or veterans... But my favorite thrift stores are the ones that feel like you're sifting through piles of junk -- that's where you find the treasures. So, this orderly and clean store was not exactly my cup of tea. But I'm giving it four stars because I'm pretty sure the majority of people will find their shopping experience here very satisfying. They sell lots of clothing here! Women's clothes, men's clothes, children's clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories and the like. There is also a small home goods section, with lots of knickknacks and frames and things like that. It's also very quiet in the store, which is nice. There's nothing worse than pawing through used clothes and having to listen to Peter Gabriel blasting over the speakers.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests, but as people in need of a safe, supportive space to breathe and regroup. The team at Jacob's House extended kindness that felt so genuine--it was as though they wrapped our family in a warm hug during a very heavy time. The home itself is peaceful and thoughtfully maintained, with every detail clearly designed to bring a sense of calm to families like ours. But beyond the physical comforts, what meant the most was the human kindness. The staff checked in on us, offered encouraging words, and created a space where we didn't feel so alone in our grief and uncertainty. It's rare to find a place that truly lives out its mission, but Jacob's House does just that. Their presence made a heartbreaking chapter in our lives just a little bit lighter, and we will always carry gratitude for the compassion they showed us. If you or a loved one are ever in need of a place to stay during a medical emergency in Temecula, know that Jacob's House is a sanctuary--one filled with heart, understanding, and hope.
