There was also points on his benefit that when I do refinance than he would get a little kick from the bank. I couldn't back out of the deal because we had all contingencies removed which means I would lost my 15k deposit and I had no choice but to move forward. But yeah, look up Mathan Fairweather on google. I'm not the only one who got screwed.

They were late for my closing date, did absolutely nothing to try and remedy that situation. At every turn the blame was placed elsewhere than them. It was difficult to get returned texts, calls, or emails without lots of follow up. They could have remedied this by being transparent, honest, and owning up to their mistakes and tried to fix those moving forward. Sadly none of that actions were taken.
