    Dealer Quote - wow!
    Roy F.

They advertise "Transparent Pricing" on their web site, but when I told them I was interested in a 2022 Santa Fe listed with an MSRP of $37260 they quoted me $42,646, that's $5386 above MSRP - wow! There is no mention of Market Adjustment nor "Value Adds" on the vehicle page, so Transparent Pricing is clearly incorrect. They also quoted GAP and Warranty charges of $3990, bringing the total price to $49,732.88. It's OK for a dealer to charge whatever they want, but it is not OK to list the vehicle for a price and then refuse to sell it at that price. I will purchase from another dealer whose business practices are more ethical.

Since I did own my last car for 10 years, the maintenance issues just got to where it was not economical to keep it. My father told me to check out Enterprise (rental cars) for their used car sales. I already knew I was NOT going to a car dealership. I instead found a few cars with Hertz in Killeen. I was lining up financing at my credit union and the loan officer referred me to CMC. I never would have considered buying a car from a little place on the side of the road but it turned out GREAT! I was shown a few cars that were too small but they said they had one being serviced and would be getting it back the next morning. That car turned out to be the one I purchased. I got a decent amount for my trade in and was on my way in about an hour. This NEVER happens, but I even got my plates the next day. Overall stress free and positive experience.

I am an older woman and appreciate being treated with respect - not condescension- and Justin (#2- mgr.) was completely respectful - heard my offer, countered and we came to an agreement with the least drama I have had in MANY years of car-buying! This was about as easy as it gets and if I buy again, I will go see these guys! R. Shaw Robinson

The salesman lost out too. 2020 Pre Owned Suburban LT DO NOT RECOMMEND**purchased 07/13 and returned 07/14/2026 *Within 24 hours* Our experience was extremely disappointing. We felt rushed throughout the buying process and trusted the dealership to explain everything clearly. We discussed our payment goals with sales, but after signing, we realized an extended warranty increased the terms beyond what we had agreed to. When we contacted the dealership the very next day to cancel the warranty, the conversation suddenly shifted to concerns about a potential straw purchase. This was never mentioned by the salesperson or finance director before or during the transaction, even though they were aware from the beginning that a family member was financing the vehicle. If there were concerns about how the purchase was being structured (i.e. legal or fraud concerns), those should have been addressed before drafting the contract, having us sign the paperwork, and completing the sale--NOT after taking it home. The team also knew the buyer was not even listed on the insurance policy at the time of purchase, yet they still prepared the contract, completed the transaction, and handed over the keys. Raising these issues only after we asked to cancel an optional warranty felt inconsistent and unprofessional. To add to our frustration, the vehicle was not detailed before delivery. Not being properly detailed falls below many customers' expectations. This leaves us feeling like the focus was on closing the sale rather than providing a quality customer experience. We expected transparency, professionalism, and guidance.

My 4 is likely everyone else's 5, so 4...that's pretty good in my book. Bought our car 2 days ago, so this is my experience for sales/finance only. I NEVER...repeat NEVER have written a review for a car dealership. Most places are meh, but let me give you some background. We were in the market for a new car and went to a local dealership (different make). I'm tired of the BS and haggling, so I was upfront. I said give us your best price, emphasis on best. The other dealership was about $2000 over online advertised price of a Ft. Worth dealership and lowballed our trade, so we up and left and was going to drive to Ft. Worth to get a car. Mazda was kicking around in our heads, but we were not 100% prepared with a "fair" price in mind. In hindsight, maybe I shouldn't have told the salesperson that I wanted to cut all the BS. (I apologize.) Not his fault the dealership requires all of the "questionnaire" to be filled out. I didn't want to waste my time answering it if the deal wasn't going to happen. Anyways, not only was the car at a fair price (according to my other car buying sources: credit union, Costco car buying, other car buying service, employee car buying service), but they came back with a very fair trade-in value for my trade in. Mind you we were offered $2000 more than the "other" dealership we went to. Got a FANTASTIC interest rate. It was just about as painless as a Scion dealership. Finance didn't try to push unwanted and unneeded BS about tracking and etching, paint and leather protection. They asked and we declined and then we moved on. Would definitely recommend doing more research about price and features before going in, but the vibe at the dealership was pretty low haggle and we didn't feel pushed to purchase the vehicle. Late on a Saturday wasn't a good time to purchase, as the "cleaning" of the vehicle really wasn't up to par, but we're easy and let it slide. I don't know the experience of others, but if I had to do it again, I'd be back because I didn't feel taken advantage of. The "other" dealership lost our business because they didn't have their A-game. They had no idea that I knew the exact internet price of the exact car (VIN verified). Eh...not only that, but Mazda will hold a better resale value anyways compared to the "other" company. Best of all, this location is in town and easy to get to. Easy, easy, easy! (And DONE!) Thank you for the positive experience!

If you want an honest, no-pressure dealership that treats you like a person and not a sale, this is the place. Last weekend, Deborah and I set out to find an SUV that fit our needs. From the moment we arrived, our sales representative, Beth Kwasnica, made the entire process effortless. She listened closely and guided us toward the right Ascent, never pushing us to rush or commit. That patience mattered. We even had the space to step back, reflect, and pray about the decision, and Beth respected every minute of it. What made it exceptional * Beth Kwasnica's genuine care. After decades of dealership visits, it's rare to meet someone who truly puts your interests first. Beth is, without question, the finest salesperson I have ever worked with. * A true no-pressure environment. There were no hard sells and no rush. Just clear guidance and real attention to what we wanted. * Mike Lusby's straightforward honesty. The manager, Mike Lusby, handled the management and finance side with the same integrity. No high-pressure tactics, no gimmicks, just clear and honest answers. * Promises kept. What stood out most was the absence of empty promises. Beth and Mike simply exceeded our expectations at every step. The trade-offs Honestly, we walked away without a single complaint. My only regret is that we didn't find Douglas Subaru sooner, after so many less pleasant experiences elsewhere over the years.
