Don't trade with Mitsubishi in Waco Texas on Waco drive. Every chance I get I'm going to bad mouth them by posting about the lemon they pond off on me. After being sold a lemon from y'all no way would I ever buy a used car from you. And I'm definitely going to continue to bad mouth you. What you can save me from is getting me out of this contract on that 2020 Ford . Pull up the fact sheet that was given to me after I signed the contract showing that it's a recall on the oil pump that's causing the car to loose power down to 20. One of your employees pointed out that the car has had too much work done on the car. But Mitsubishi doesn't give a buck because you made a profit. They are by far one of the worst dealers I have ever dealt with. They have you fill out a generic application online and tell you that your accepted only to waste your time. I went down after a long day of work. The sales manager comes over telling me that my information does not match. When in fact it all matches I just couldn't write the correct numbers in there because there computer has a generic form they have you fill out says you've been at your job from 0 to 12 months well I've been there for six months , then my residency I've been here since January, so I'm sorry I haven't lived here that long in Texas everything matches. She can't do math either considering I make 620 a week times 52 weeks comes up to 32,000 she's telling me I make 19,000 a year. Yeah she's pretty dumb. I would not recommend going here unless you like being lied too. read more

I just purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage SE from Waco Mitsubishi. What a great experience. I live in Dallas. I had talked to the Dallas dealer with 3 store locations and test drove there. The price over the phone was not the price when I walked in the door. $300 more then another approximately $1500 "the dealer difference" for basically a one year paint/dent warranty. I left. The other dealer in the DFW area also played fluctuating numbers game. I saw Waco M on the internet, and they had the car I wanted. Vincent, the Internet Manager, called me. Gave me the exact price (no adds-on) and very transparent. I asked about options for paint, fabric, key fobs, etc. I purchased a 5 year plan for way less than half of that other one year plan, and this one includes replacement key fobs. Then to top it off, they delivered the car to my home in Dallas FREE. The two gentlemen that delivered it were wonderful. Finance, Internet Sales, General Manager- all great. Literally less than 30 minutes of my time with phone, texts, and even going to get my cashier's check. Just the best car buying experience that I've ever had, and I'm a baby boomer so obviously I've bought a lot of cars. Thank you, Waco Mitsubishi for lessening my stress. My Subaru broke down between Temple and Waco and I ended up having it towed to Jubilee. They were friendly, efficient, but most of all honest. The problem I had was under warranty. Had they charged me money I would have been none the wiser. But I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket. I am so thankful they were there to service my car. It now runs beautifully! read more

Parents bought a Mitsubishi outlander and have since refinanced. They're trying to cancel the warranty and they are refusing stating they can't do it. That it's between the two banks. So my parents called our bank, and even the insurance place and they told us everything has to go through the dealership!! But they went two or three times and they still don't want to cancel. Waco Mitsubishi fixed my car the day after i shattered my windshield just call and make an appointment

This is on the short list of "dealerships I don't mind dealing with," and for good reason. My parents bought the "Lulzcer" here, and it's been the best car I've ever had in my ten short years of driving. It's been silly reliable for 55,000 miles and has held up even though I've been driving it. I tend to break stuff. That's no small feat. I kept going back to this service department even after I moved away from Waco for a few reasons. The woman who works at the service desk is awesome. She's totally friendly and alleviates that ominous feeling of walking into the lion's den with a pair o' boobs and a car that's had a little more fun than your average econobox. I thought I made the mistake of mentioning "oh, I had those tires on the Volkswagen I raced..." a while ago. There are some words I try not to utter at the dealership because they make me fear for the validity of my warranty, and "racecar" is one of them. Lo and behold, their finance guy is a massive VW geek and this just resulted in us nerding out over aircooleds while I got my car worked on. Phewwwwwww. They're about the same for an oil change as most of the other places in town, so heck, I just took it here, and that meant it got a full look-over from people who know what to look for on a Mitsu--like cabin air filters that are dark grey from the state of Texas being on fire all summer. Things that I tend to overlook like that. I've never felt pressured into getting extra service done that I'm dealing with elsewhere or don't want to deal with yet (like cabin air filters when the state is still ON FIRE). The whole Mitsubishi/Subaru combination strikes me as a little weird, but it seems to work here. Maybe if this were a larger town with more fanboiz--oh dear. It's like the rally nerd equivalent of seeing a combo Chevy/Ford dealership. Oh DEAR. Overall, though--very nice people, and I love this car. read more

Great service dept! I expected to make an appointment for service for 3 recalls for early next week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick easy going service. These people will treat you right if you're coming to buy a car. However, service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the people in the service department, and the man who sold me the car didn't really even want to talk to me. I felt like that since I had already purchased the vehicle, that they no longer have any use for me. Probably won't buy another vehicle from this dealership. read more

The sales manager Jeff went above & beyond for our deal. We traded in our 2013 Subaru Crosstrek (which we bought from Brent @ this location) for a new 2016 Subaru WRX. My husband printed off a guaranteed trade in price off of Subaru's website & even though they've never seen one they honored it. We did have our financing done beforehand with our bank so that did speed things along however I did appreciate the fact that he realized after filling out the check from our bank he had overcharged us a little over $600. I'm not sure how most dealerships would've handled that or if they even would've said anything however he did. That did take some time to figure out how they were going to fix it seeing how we couldn't just get another check from our bank but with a few phone calls to his boss they figured out a satisfactory solution. When the time comes when we are in the market for a second vehicle we are 100% sure we will be taking our business back to this dealership. Also I have bought a few cars in my time ( Honda, Mazda, & Chevy) however even with low miles trading those in always got really low trade in offers which would put in a little in the negative...ALWAYS! However we had thousands of positive equity going into this trade. read more

On Oct. 31, 2017, I was traveling from Cheyenne, Wyoming down to Waco to visit my daughter for her wedding. About 30 miles north of town, my check engine light came on in my '07 Impreza along with the cruise control light that kept flashing. The next day, my daughter showed me to Jubilee and I told them of the problem. My car was taken in right away, thrown on the diagnostic machine, and was reassured that it was a simple vac line that came off and was fixed and I was sent on my way in less than 10 minutes no charge! I cried with relief and gratitude at the wonderful customer service for a traveler. If they treat someone from out of town this well, think of how well they will treat a local! I bought a 2011 mit galant with 40,000 miles on it. I was paying a little over $12,000 for it which wasn't to bad. I put $1000 down and while doing paper work it was stated I had factory warranty till June of 2016. Well two months went by and my transmission started acting up. I took it in and was told nothing was wrong. Fast forward car was given back to the dealership because they wouldn't work with me or honor my warranty. Needless to say never you jubilee! read more

Worked with their sales Rep/General Manager (David Gray) for a few weeks to have a vehicle delivered to me. Kind of felt like we were playing the "Let me see what I can do for you car dealership Game"... Overall I think the sales rep's were decent people but just holding out to make more money then give a good honest quick sale. I didn't need financing had no trade in and had cash or check for whatever vehicle I wanted. I just wanted the right price for it! Ultimately got the exact same vehicle I was negotiating with them on, for the Price I requested from them through the Automax Dealership in Killeen. Had the vehicle verified, Checked, Price negotiated on and delivered to my residence at no extra charge within 48 hours. Paid cash & had a quick no frill's no B.S. purchase experience. Which was exactly what I was looking for. Like I said the sales per's seemed nice but unable to come to a final price that should have been easy to negotiate too instead of the "Let me see what we can work out" salesmanship ploy. Wish them the best & hope everyone has a good cost saving experience with whatever dealership you decide to go through. But always remember there are plenty of dealers out there & they should always give you an offer you can't refuse.... They would have had my business then & in the future. Now I'm just waiting for College Grades to come back after this semester to see if my oldest gets a new car too. Don't think I'll be going to Jubilee though. I don't like wasting time. read more
