Doctor is very friendly. As a new potential patient, I started my visit with a conversation about my history, family history and pain details. This took an hour. Once ready for treatment, he has a lot of tools and machines which all adds to the cost of the visit. This was not explained to me (nor did I think of asking as this had never been an issue with other docs). When I called to book my appointment I wanted to ensure billing would be done through my insurance. I was assured this was not a problem and the office would call my carrier ahead of the appointment to confirm. Day of visit: confirmed assurance was "generally" accepted.... Upon visit completion, I was presented with a $235 bill. I asked about the insurance and was told he would call to see if his practice is in-network.... meanwhile I had to pay half. Never heard back, nor will I return. I was there a total of 2 hours for a simple sore lower back issue (I have chronic back pain, so nothing out of norm). Just to note.... my previous chiropractor (I moved and it's hard to go there now) doesn't always take insurance and charges $55 out the door.... he's awesome. I highly recommend Dr Greg Mcnabb! He has changer my life for the better! I am in my early 20's and he has helped my menstrual cramps become tolerable, before I would be bent over and layed up in bed all day and getting sick but since getting lower back adjustments they are tolerable and I am able to function normally during my cycle. I also used to have irregular cycles and since adjustments I have been regular. As a kid I had dislocated my jaw and Mcnabb adjusted it and now i no longer have jaw pain. I had a really bad experience. I don't recommend this chiropractor. Dr McNabb is extremely talkative, my appointment last more than 1 hour and a half...and I was in a lot of pain. He didn't help me much, he said I will have to come back. While massaging my back, he started talking about my feminity and that made me really uncomfortable. After this very long appointment, he asked me to pay 240$. I went home extremely disappointed, furious and in pain. read more

I got a neck injury that made my hands go numb and gave me pain in my median nerve from any use. The doctor told me to wait 2-4 weeks, after that i came back to him and he just told me to wait it out and suggested medication, he said that if that didn't work than they would look into occupational therapy, he didn't know what to do. After several years searching for help with my back issues, I finally found Dr. McNabb. I am a personal chef. I spend a lot of time on my feet, bending over and lifting heavy things like bins and pots and pans. I tried a few chiropractors that practice with something called the Activator method/tool. Well it did very little for me. I finally tried manual adjustment by a world famous horse chiropractor. Yes I was that difficult to adjust! Since that worked out so well, I began searching for a local doctor that did manual adjustments. I called around and found Dr. McNabb. He met with me late January this year. He did a thorough analysis, X-rays, etc. I believe we met for 2 hours. At the end of our meeting he said he would go over the information and let me know if he could help me. I didn't think doctors like this existed. Well I'm so happy to report my pain went from a level of 8 to 10 to very little if any at all. I am so impressed with his expertise and professionalism.
