The music on trolley had variety of range for everyone. During the trolley tour all had bonded and became very comfortable with each other. I enjoyed bonding, sharing and learning about their lives if just for that day. We visited three wineries all a different vibe. One small family owned gave a traditional tour (saw where they processed wine appreciated that because the others didn't) loved the drunk bunny story!!! The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

My friend had a Groupon but missed pulling the trigger on an online reservation. Luckily she called the company and they were kind enough to get us scheduled in for that same day. My friend and I appreciated being given a choice as to which to focus on - wine or wine country. Our vote was a little more country.  The tour took us through grapevines where we sampled grapes at different stages of ripening.  We sipped some great wine and had a delicious Neapolitan pizza from Pizza Bina at Chapin Family Vineyards. Our guide Bryan was truly a professional - engaging, thoughtful, enthusiastic and a wealth of knowledge about not only the wineries but the history of the region.  He even took pro photos of our excellent adventure!
