They will take forever to get your vehicle back to you. They will provide you a time to drop off and not even get to it that day. Also found out tech assigned to my vehicle took a couple days off so vehicle just sat there while the associate assigned to deal with customer would just say he was still diagnosis when wasn't even there. This repair should have been covered under warranty but they blamed me. They claimed a fuse was removed and caused damage to electrical in center console. I am no mechanic, but fuses are there to protect components, not break them. So even if a fuse was missing that would have been equivalent to being blown. Basically, they continued to come up with different issues until it was debunked and then they would say oh, it's not that, it is this (at first they accused me of installing a wire to the console which was not true so then they went with the fuse theory). NuCar Chevy is a prime example why people don't trust mechanics. I def will not purchase another car again from them nor get services. First time and last time customer!!

Helpful, organized, responsive, and very nice and considerate. Staff seems to get along with each other and cooperate well together. It was nice and rare to hear no whispered trash-talking of customers or coworkers. Thoughtful and decent disclaimer-laden advice. (Matched stuff that I learned the hard way over the years.) Admittedly, the circumstances were in my favour (dealerships would love to have lightly-used inventory, my financial situation is mighty decent; leasing conditions are win-win for me...) ...they gave me a very attractive trade-in value. If you're in a similar situation (trading in for a new vehicle and not in need of a miracle in terms of payment numbers), I'd highly recommend that you go for it... We purchased a 2004 Toyota Sienna from them. **[PLEASE VIEW EDITS, THEIR RESPONSE IS UNTRUE.]** We purchased a used car from Faisal, he refused to fix any issues in an effective manner and chose to drag it out until he ultimately refused to fix anything after being confronted. Crystal lied to me about the car's history reports, saying they "didn't have carfax but had something similar" and failed to provide me with said documentation, also advertises on their website that the carfax is available to view when it is not. When we brought the car home (about an hour and a half drive away), the engine and VSC lights came on. The codes given were both catalytic converter codes. He agreed to fix ONE of the converters instead of both, and when he was asked about it he threatened to stop fixing it. Upon being confronted with the very evident fact that he removed the battery cables to clear the computer, he refused to fix anything further and encouraged us to "sue him please". Upon diagnostic with a separate mechanic, it had everything under the sun wrong with it. His response when I asked what was wrong with it, his words were "you name it". computer, suspension, engine, everything. It is a complete Lemon and I will now have a repo on my record because I have to surrender this junk. It's also quite evident to both me and SEVERAL mechanics that he unhooked the battery to reset the computer. Faisal lied to me about having basic repairs done such as Rotors (ALL OF THEM ARE BAD), rear control arm bushings, and brakes, all of which he claimed he did but were not done. ISSUES INCLUDE: The transmission was glued up to seal a leak, and the car was overfilled with oil to accommodate for the excessive oil burning. Stopleak was put into the radiator and is crystalized on the cap, the power steering fluid is black, the windshield leaks, AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKES. Motor makes a humming noise, paint is chipping (repainted from undisclosed accidents), broken pieces from each side of the radio, no antennae, fog lights don't work, driver door doesn't have a stopper, EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. He buttered us up about how "oh he'll fix everything, we don't screw people", lies on top of lies. He allowed me to take it to a "local trusted mechanic" but then rushed us back after only 15 minutes on the road with the car. DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. IF YOU CONFRONT HIM WITH ISSUES HE WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING. Faisal DOES NOT CARE about the safety of you or your family in their vehicles, he just wants your money. Faisal is just another stingy, greedy, cheating scammer of a car dealer who will take advantage where possible. He put us in danger knowingly selling us a car with safety issues like this. DO NOT LET HIS WORDS AND HIS ""KINDNESS"" FOOL YOU. HE IS WILLING TO PUT YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER. Bought 2022 Jeep Wagoneer price was great bought all packages back in January close to closing hour…read morebefore snow storm hit. Was dark out so didn't see the cosmetic damage on hood till next morning also while on way home had bad shake. Came in next evening pointed everything out (shaking, hood damage, 3rd row seat seam apart) to service manager took for test drive. Scheduled repair after snowstorm shaking and seat repaired was fixed told when weather warmed up hood would be done. Two in person visits two emails on website one to direct contact on hood repair still waiting 6 months to be repaired. Now once they take care of what they said maybe my opinion would change in highly recommend this dealership.
