Refills are not called in until after hours, making a second trip to town frustrating, especially when your refills are not called in as stated. My last doctor did my refills immediately. Also the office has plug in air fresheners in every outlet. Place reeks! Even with a mask the smell is overwhelming. Very bad for those with asthma or pulmonary conditions. The doctor is so overbooked the wait has become at least an hour in the waiting room then more time in the little room, trapped with the dreaded air freshener.

In October of 2023, the doctor asked that two procedures be set up for my mother. The woman he spoke to looked annoyed and ROLLED her eyes. Yes, right in front of me she rolled her eyes. Needless to say, the procedure was not set up, no phone calls were made. Our follow up appointment was coming up to review the non-existent procedure, so I just cancelled the appointment.
