We noticed that there had been specific upgrades to the previous models, based on customer feedback, and the staff's experience with repairs and such. They have a fantastic selection of luggage, totes, bags, carry-ons, accessories, toiletries and personal items, and everything you could think of for travelling. They have a 3 year guarantee on zippers, handles and wheels, and a 10 year guarantee on materials and workmanship on this line of luggage. They also specialize in outfitting missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for their 2 year assignments in far-away places, where they will be living with the things they can carry in a limited space. In addition, Travel Outfitters, provides excellent repair service at reasonable prices. We also found out that they donate used luggage and bags to The Road Home, a homeless assistance place in Salt Lake City, for the people that come there. My smaller suitcase was still quite good, but would not fit in the new bag, so we opted for buying both suitcases and donating the old ones. Jamie (sp?) was extremely knowledgable, asked me questions, measured my feet and explained exactly why I was having the issues I was having. I've been skiing for four years and every time I would get blisters on my right foot even when skiing short days. I was wearing mole skin patches and athletic tape on my feet. Jamie heated my boots, adjusted specific areas of my boot and explained why. She then instructed me to ski the next day and if I had any issues I should immediately ski in and they would make more adjustments on the spot without an appointment. AMAZINGLY my boots were forget and I've now skied three days in a row with zero blisters or sore spots on my feet. I had no idea this was possible! I was staying at the adjoining hotel for work, and forgot gym shorts in case I wanted to do one of the yoga classes being offered, so popped into the evo store to see what options I might have. They had some good ones, including Vuori and other top brands of quality shorts. Unfortunately, I've spent my limit on fancy gym apparel this year and was looking for more budget options which I couldn't find here. I ended up doing weight lifting in normal shorts, which I'm only now realizing is not a big deal after having done it. Staff was friendly, and there was some sort of shop dog which always makes for an enhanced experience.
