Jamie (sp?) was extremely knowledgable, asked me questions, measured my feet and explained exactly why I was having the issues I was having. I've been skiing for four years and every time I would get blisters on my right foot even when skiing short days. I was wearing mole skin patches and athletic tape on my feet. Jamie heated my boots, adjusted specific areas of my boot and explained why. She then instructed me to ski the next day and if I had any issues I should immediately ski in and they would make more adjustments on the spot without an appointment. AMAZINGLY my boots were forget and I've now skied three days in a row with zero blisters or sore spots on my feet. I had no idea this was possible! They gave us one pair of skis with the bindings not adjusted properly, customer service wanted us to deal with it instead of helping us. And we have to return them ourselves even with the issues. Would have just rented from park city sport right by the mountain if I knew they were going to be so unhelpful. Also after skiing one hill the other pair of boots we had the buckles were loose and we had to go back and have them fix them. Quite literally the worst experience ever. Also park city sport was $20- 40 a day cheaper for rentals.

I wasn't sure what size I was, so I bought a size small and a size medium. Planning on returning, whichever one didn't fit. Normally, I would not spend $600 on a dress, but I was excited about my big European trip and thought the dress would be perfect. The size medium was perfect, the size small I could barely try on. So, I am immediately packed up the size small and returned it. To my shock, I received that same dress, neatly and beautifully packaged in a box with a beautiful letter on professional stationary from Gorsuch. The letter stated that my return did not fall into their return policy guidelines. So, they gave me the dress back. Now, I found myself spending $1200 for one dress that fit. To say, I was not happy as an understatement. I had no idea how They were considering my return not within the guidelines, as I only tried the dress on and put it right back in the box to ship back. When I called Gage, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my address was not accepted for return, other than they said they thought it had a bit of a smell. What an insult! Also, what a lie! I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ever purchased. Eventually, I contacted an attorney and sent an email to letting them know. I was prepared to handle this legally as it was only Wrong. Then and only then, did they begrudgingly accept my Return. Lesson learned, never deal with this shady business!

After much research, he decided he wanted to fly to Utah to get boots from this place. While at the boot shop, other people were there from other parts of the country as well. In a corner on a ledge, there are multiple awards for "Best Boot Fitters in America." The owner, Brent, is a licensed Pedorthist who provides services for the U.S., Slovak & Czech ski teams. Another Yelper accurately describes him as the Boot Whisperer! After 2 days of skiing, my husband loves his perfectly fitted boots and says it was worth flying across the country for. I got my boots worked on by Jerry who transformed my old boots to fit better than when they were new. This place is AWESOME.

I…read moreasked if they could do a hot wax and repair and the repair employee screams "NO" and then proceeded to yell "WE DO NOT HAVE TIME", continues to curse out employees in the back. He also has issues with a different customer prior to me. If you are planning to get any work done here, I would highly recommend giving at least 2-3 nights in advance for any repair or hot wax. They do support a lot of services but are clearly backed up.
