Crew came on time, did what was agreed upon, noticed when carpet dried there were a couple of "dirty water" pooling spots on the carpet where there hadn't been a spot before (looked like some of the dirty water had leaked out some how) Took care of it myself with carpet cleaner because it was only on the surface. I had my carpet in the Motorhome cleaned by another company and it looked worse when they were finished. The other company would not make it right. I saw Greg's Carpet Cleaning van on Rose in Placentia. I called them. They quoted me a price over the phone. They arrived in a company van with a machine in the van, unlike the other company with a small portable unit in the back seat of a car. Ronald and Nate were very professional and very pleasant to work with. They spent a lot of time. When done the carpet looked great. This was on July 28, 2021. We book for them to come between 11am to 1am , When they arrive the son of the owner tells us they can't do it because he has a dentist appointment and needs to take a flight after . Something they could't tell us over the phone but said he wanted to see how big the job. Apparently it was too big for his time window , Worse of all that I had to empty my salt water fish tank so they can clean the carpet in that area . Now my fish are in a tub for no reason. This company is bad for business. No call from "My dad" the owner to explain . I don't recommend this family owned business. UPDATE: My wife spoke with the owner of business. Not only does Gregs clean carpets, tile and upholstery, they also clean dryer vents! Massive amounts of lint can accumulate, creating a fire hazard. Just had my carpet cleaned by Ronnie & Nathen and I can't say enough about the exceptional service and quality of their work. I've had my carpet cleaned every 6 months due to having kids and a small dog that likes to have "accidents" on our carpeted area. Ronnie and Nathan listened to my concerns about having an after smell of my pet's urine that lingers and hot spots of areas that I felt the last person that cleaned my carpet missed. After about an hour and a half of them cleaning and concentrating on the spots I addressed, I can hands down say I can see and smell the difference. The equipment they used was not the normal "wand" that others have used. They actually had a heavy duty machine that looked like a lawnmower that cleaned and sucked all the dirt out. Best upholstery cleaning I've ever seen, these guys do an amazing job! They made our microfiber sectional look brand new again. This sofa has seen a lot of usage with kids and pets over the years. I've tried a couple of carpet/upholstery cleaners before and they've never brought out results like this!
