He walked around with me never pressuring me to buy anything and I saw a table when I first walked in that I liked and he noted that it was a floor model. It was the last one they had until November, and the price was reduced drastically once I said I wanted to buy it. The man who helped me his name is Moussa ABUAU a total kind man yet professionally he actually cleaned the table off. The top was partially glass, and he cleaned all the glass and then he cleaned the wood around it. He took up the receipt that was sitting there to the office and they reduced the price and he came back as excited as I was the only drawback to this visit is I was taking home the floor model I was on my own the people who come out to help you all nice could you nothing to help me lower the seats in my Honda Accord so that the table would fit in better they did fit it in the backseat and then I was stuck with the large piece of glass. I asked them for wrapping or something you know and they don't supply anything ever that's what they told me so I had a rough ride home. It was about 10 miles and I was afraid to go over 5 miles an hour because of the glass sitting on the floor in the back suffice it to say because I drove very slowly. Checkout was easy, and the guys loading it were professional. It even started raining, but they wrapped the furniture before loading it. Went back later for a sofa table and ottoman. We purchased the Guardsman protection plan, yet were told finish chipping is not covered. The chairs are worse -- the cushions are completely flattened and you can feel the hardware through the seats, making them very uncomfortable. Guardsman also says cushion flattening is not covered. Very disappointing to spend this much on furniture and a protection plan, only to have Havertys and Guardsman refuse to stand behind their products. Lastly our salesman claimed all of their products were made in the USA. I have a stamp under my table saying it was made in VIETNAM.
