The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage. The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time. Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday. We are customers for life!

Everything we own packed was into seven suitcases, and so we needed help to get from the airport to our hotel in Salem. The choice was an Uber, which would not have worked for our situation, or a luxury car service. Hewar was wonderful from when I first called him to arrange our trip. He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel. On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn't help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would've taken it down, regardless, because I don't post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call. I highly recommend Elite. If I ever need a service like this again, I will for sure call Hewar.

He noticed my Little Mermaid shirt and Disney suitcase and the rest is history. The whole ride to the airport was epic, we talked Disneyland the whole way. We talked movies, rides, food, the whole way. He's awesome and wish he would of picked us up from the Portland airport but it was a no go. Owell, I'll book again just to hope I get Curt again. There's a lot of stops going to Portland regardless if there's a scheduled pickup or not. My flight…read morewas at 2:09pm and my pickup was in Albany at 9:20am. and Portland airport is about 2hrs with traffic. It's a lot of time to be on the road, it goes to Corvallis (with no pickup) and then zigzags back to Albany. The drive back from Portland to Albany, we were packed like sardines, every single seat was used and we were still missing 1. If you don't mind being on the road long and packed in, it's a great deal. Employees are great and always friendly with great drivers. Long term parking at the airport is $15 a day with shuttle svc, I'll be going that route next time.

I needed a limo service to take my GF around town to experience some designed adventures that…read moreculminated in a proposal. I thought about renting an SUV or something more like a regular vehicle, but I wanted something that would stand out. Sunshine certainly delivered and with the exception of a couple minor items of note, then knocked it out of the park. I've never rented a limo before, so after looking over their website, I gave them a call for more information. The woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful even though I wasn't ready to book that day and needed an idea of the costs and features. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (although I forgot to ask a couple). I needed a limo for 3 hours. It came to $381. The limo was $100/hr, but the tip for the driver is built into the price quote and based on where you are driving, gas and such is added in, too. I ended up selecting the 10 person limo for 3 people so there would be plenty of room. The limos come with glasses, water, and I believe some soda (I didn't get into the limo, but I did watch a FB livestream of them inside, so I got to see what it looked like). There was more than enough room for 3 people, but 10 would be VERY close together, in my opinion. The driver (his name was Chris) was on time and called me as he was leaving the limo business so I had a heads up to get everyone ready. He patiently waited outside, wore a nice suit, and was very professional. He was helpful on the phone when I spoke to him the day before about the plan and thanks to the livestream I saw he was polite and professional while performing his work. The limo looked clean inside and out and I was able to see the people I sent on adventures had a good time in the limo. The driver stayed close by and was ready to get them the second they popped their heads out to be taken to their next destination. The only very minor things I would say was that I forgot a couple questions after I initially called and I endes up emailing the company via their website rather than call back. I did not get a reply. Definitely call if you have questions. You will get them answered. Beyond that, I had to call the day before the event so talk to the driver -- I was told he was going to call me, but by 5pm I wasn't sure, so I called so I could get in touch with him. Beyond that, the experience was excellent! I would absolutely use Sunshine again the next time I need a limo in the Eugene area!

I stumbled upon the lights tour and talked to someone who was very helpful with information, costs, and options. Communication with the company was great from the time I made the reservation until we were picked up. Ian was our fantastic driver who picked us up on time and with chocolates . We started on the west side of Eugene in the hills, to the east, and then dropped off at the restaurant where we had dinner reservations. Ian made several stops to take pics of us and drove thru many neighborhoods with beautiful displays. We loved talking to him and hope he enjoys his upcoming Wyoming trip! The limo was clean, stocked with water, drink, and decorated with Christmas garland. We were able to play our own music (sorry about the Richard Cheese songs!)

Sarah assisted me with the limo reservation as well as the winery reservations. She put in so much time and effort to make the day special for us! She was just amazing. Kawika was our driver and boy did he have a challenging bunch of rowdies to deal with! He was so incredibly nice, accommodating, punctual, thoughtful, helpful, FUN, patient...the list goes on and on. For my husband's 50th birthday party, we selected Aspen to provide our transportation for a 3 stop…read morebeer crawl. We chose an awesome 26 person party limo that was to include all the bells and whistles (Bluetooth stereo, lights and what not) and purchased decorations and set up the playlist for our guests. Literally 5 minutes before the limo bus was to arrive, we get a call from (a supervisor?) Sarah saying that there was a mechanical issue with our limo and that they would be sending an alternative one. Well, what arrived was a 50 person charter bus with no working Bluetooth radio. I had to run in my house and grab a small handheld Bluetooth radio just so we didn't ride in silence. And while it was nice to have a larger bus, it was actually too big. People were so spread out with the traditional seating, we weren't able to socialize (the whole point of us choosing the other style). Our driver Raul was fantastic and the bus was clean and stocked with plenty of water, but he arrived late and we didn't leave on time. That ended up cutting our first stop's time by 30 minutes. Also, we had a strange situation happen where the back door blew open while we were on a bridge and our driver had to pull over to close it. Pretty wild waving to the cars riding behind us while in motion. While our event was salvaged by our understanding party goers and a happy birthday guy, I am deeply upset with the switcheroo I felt was played on us. I didn't want to go online and complain but we did not get any follow-up from an email sent requesting a partial refund as we didn't get what we prepaid for. $2k is a lot of money to be spending on a basic bus with no stereo. I would not recommend this service as they didn't provide the product paid for, and they didn't try to right the situation afterwards. 1 star for the friendly driver and clean bus and water.
