She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury. Sunshine certainly delivered and with the exception of a couple minor items of note, then knocked it out of the park. I've never rented a limo before, so after looking over their website, I gave them a call for more information. The woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful even though I wasn't ready to book that day and needed an idea of the costs and features. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (although I forgot to ask a couple). I needed a limo for 3 hours. It came to $381. The limo was $100/hr, but the tip for the driver is built into the price quote and based on where you are driving, gas and such is added in, too. I ended up selecting the 10 person limo for 3 people so there would be plenty of room. The limos come with glasses, water, and I believe some soda (I didn't get into the limo, but I did watch a FB livestream of them inside, so I got to see what it looked like). There was more than enough room for 3 people, but 10 would be VERY close together, in my opinion. The driver (his name was Chris) was on time and called me as he was leaving the limo business so I had a heads up to get everyone ready. He patiently waited outside, wore a nice suit, and was very professional. He was helpful on the phone when I spoke to him the day before about the plan and thanks to the livestream I saw he was polite and professional while performing his work. The limo looked clean inside and out and I was able to see the people I sent on adventures had a good time in the limo. The driver stayed close by and was ready to get them the second they popped their heads out to be taken to their next destination. The only very minor things I would say was that I forgot a couple questions after I initially called and I endes up emailing the company via their website rather than call back. I did not get a reply. Definitely call if you have questions. You will get them answered. Beyond that, I had to call the day before the event so talk to the driver -- I was told he was going to call me, but by 5pm I wasn't sure, so I called so I could get in touch with him. Beyond that, the experience was excellent! I would absolutely use Sunshine again the next time I need a limo in the Eugene area!

Communication with the company was great from the time I made the reservation until we were picked up. Ian was our fantastic driver who picked us up on time and with chocolates . We started on the west side of Eugene in the hills, to the east, and then dropped off at the restaurant where we had dinner reservations. Ian made several stops to take pics of us and drove thru many neighborhoods with beautiful displays. We loved talking to him and hope he enjoys his upcoming Wyoming trip! For the return pickup (at PDX), he was there, at the curb, waiting for us to emerge from the terminal, and signaled to us just as we walked out the door. Amazing. We received an 8-person limo and I had to sit on the floor. b) The speakers in passenger area were not working at all. c) The rear passenger side window would not roll down. The details: I searched online for a limo to rent as a special surprise Christmas treat for our annual family trip to see the Christmas lights at Winter Wonderland in Portland. I found an ad on the LimosNW site advertising $99 for pick up, travel to Winter Wonderland and return home, plus a 20% gratuity and $20 admission to the lights. I reserved the limo online and spoke with the owner Keith Monen three times on the phone, including twice the day of our trip to confirm the details, including the fact that we would have 10 passengers. The limo driver showed up promptly at the appointed time, took one look at our group of 10 and said, "Oh, this is an 8-person limousine." We crammed 10 people into the 8-person car and I sat on the floor while everyone else squished uncomfortably onto the seats. We figured we would make the best of it, despite the tight fit. As soon as we were underway, we asked for Christmas music, only to be told that the speakers in the limo were not functioning. The windows promptly began to fog up and we were unable to see anything outside of the car. We asked the driver to turn on air in the back because we couldn't see out, but the windows remained fogged. We took the few napkins that were in the limo and wiped the windows as best we could every couple of minutes. Upon arrival at Winter Wonderland, we tried rolling down the two rear windows to try and reduce the fogging on the windows, only to find that one of the windows was broken and would not roll down. I emailed the list of issues to Keith Monen the next day only to be told that a) it was in fact a 10-person limo (I have pics to prove otherwise), b) the driver could have given us a towel for the windows (we told him several times we couldn't see due to condensation, so I'm not sure what more prompting he needed to provide a towel), and c) after paying the driver, he lost $20 on the deal. He offered nothing in the way of compensation and instead expected me to feel bad about the fact that he is not good at setting prices. I would have gladly paid more money to for a fully-functioning car that could accommodate my entire party in order to ensure and fun evening that was memorable for the right reasons.
