    I was surprised that we were not over crowded. My husband and I chose to ride the greyhound just to not rush home. It was a very smooth ride. The bus driver was very nice. the bus was clean equipped with wifi and love d the new reclining seats. Kyaina even enjoyed herself trying to chat with the other passengers. We rode through a lot of towns that I haven't been through since 2096 when we moved to Colorado. If you have time to kill and just want to site see without driving I would recommend to family and friends.

    Extremely disappointed with Uber support. I accidentally left my phone in the driver's vehicle and…read moreimmediately contacted Uber for assistance. I was told they would reach out to the driver, but I never received any follow-up or help recovering my property. I ended up having to track my own phone through the Find My app and physically go retrieve it myself. Thankfully I was able to recover it, but the lack of urgency and communication from Uber was frustrating. Situations involving lost phones should be handled much better, especially when customers rely on those devices for safety, work, and communication. This situation exposed a major safety issue with Uber's support system. I reported my phone missing immediately after realizing it was left in the vehicle. My live location was still actively moving with the driver while he continued completing additional pickups and drop-offs, yet Uber provided no real-time assistance beyond saying they would "attempt to contact the driver." Think about how dangerous that is. If this had not been a phone and instead had been a vulnerable passenger, injured rider, child, or someone kidnapped and unable to respond, the lack of urgency could have had serious consequences. There appears to be no meaningful escalation process when a customer reports a device actively traveling with a driver after a ride ends. I ultimately had to track my own phone using the Find My app and physically recover it myself because Uber support failed to provide timely help or accountability. This is bigger than a lost item inconvenience -- it is a serious customer safety concern that Uber needs to address immediately.
