This is a family rest area, restaurant, truck stop, gas station all in one. Easy to get to right off the interstate. Nice RV park right behind it (Over Nite RV). I hope you will take my concerns seriously and address them with your team I regularly stop at this store charge my Tesla and eat while it's charging, so this experience was very disappointing. At Wendy's The guy who preparing the hamburger dropped my wrapped hamburger on the floor. I saw it happen, and I had to ask for a fresh one. My fries were cold, had been sitting out with flies around them, and when I politely asked for fresh fries, So Fatuma ( the Cashier ) became aggressive and started throwing fries around. I was there with my two young children, and her behavior made us feel uncomfortable. And unsafe. Specifically when I'm with 2 little one with me. At the point I feel that she will throw me some hot food on me. Mistakes happen, but this was handled very unprofessionally. Fuel was cheaper than anticipated: Regular unleaded = $2.70 Unleaded plus = $3.10 Premium unleaded = $3.40 Diesel = $4.27 I'd stop here again. It was pouring down rain just before Amarillo and sprinkling in this area. Was nice to have the extra tall overhead roof to help block the elements while I checked my vehicle during its gas-gulpling session. Well-lit at night. Absolute worst gas station ever!! Went today 4/6/26 and the pump got stuck and kept filling up my…read moretank. They are the slowest pumps in the world so I sat in the car for a bit and went back out and discovered gallons and gallons had overflowed. When I pulled it out I tried to shut it off and the nozzle was stuck. I was pissed. Went inside to tell the cashier and she said "oh no! AGAIN!" Again! I told her, by that reaction this has definitely happened before, and she admitted to it. I asked if she would Reimburse me partially and she said "when this happens the owner says the customer has to eat the cost and he says customer should be paying attention". I was so irritated, I told her in 30 years of pumping gas I've never seen a pump that didn't auto shut off. This is such a hazard andi looked up that it can cause damage to the car emissions system and charcoal filter. I Had my wife and 2 kids in the car and we had to smell gas for the next 100 miles. I'm going to dispute the charge and I'm calling the Texas state regulators and reporting this and letting them know that they knew about it and have let it go unfixed. Horrible place
