Very cute French cafe. It's small and can get crowded. I see why it's so popular. I loved my turmeric latte. My boyfriend comes here weekly and it was nice to see where he enjoys hanging out. He loves the cappuccino. Fun decor and chill vibes. I look forward to coming again. Friendly fast service.
I wish so much I could give this coffee shop five stars, but I felt the coffee was subpar and the pastries didn't look worth buying! I ordered an oat milk cortado and it tasted like a cup of oat milk. The coffee wasn't strong at all and honestly had no taste. I wonder what beans they use? Anyway, the shop is super cute! And the shop had a good amount of customers. Maybe we came too late in the day (came around 11 am)? But? The pasteries looked like they were old and store bought. I just liked the decor and it was nice walking to the coffee shop to visit...but that's about it, unfortunately. I have nothing really note worthy to discuss in regards to this "patisserie".
R Cafe is owned by a really extraordinary barista named Paolo whose coffee and pastries are as good as his service and team. Be sure to AVOID being so mesmerized by the pastries that you forget to look at the menu on the wall behind them that is filled with delicious items. Bravo all around! PS: Did I mention that they promote the artistic talents of their team and local artists on the walls of the cafe? Be sure to check those out too!

I'm so happy that I had her on speaker so that my guests could witness how she yelled at me at the top of her lungs because I said ONE QUICHE was missing from my order. I made an order for delivery and was called from the cafe to tell me 3 of the things I ordered were not available. I was first asked if I would like to substitute them or cancel the entire order. So instead of cancelling, I love supporting this cafe and I just decided to exchange things. It wasn't until the end that the girl told me I could just get a refund for the items they didn't have, so I decided to do that but get a tomato quiche to replace the goat cheese quiche I initially ordered. For some reason, throughout my pregnancy I could only keep down quiche for breakfast so I didn't mind if it was a different one. When the order arrived at 1:02pm (I took a screenshot), my mom received it while I was showering. When I got out, I cut her flowers, put them in a vase, fed my dog, and then we were ready to start eating. We shared two croissants and talked and laughed like normal people do. (I'm saying everything in detail for a reason) then we wanted to warm up the quiche's and noticed one was missing. So I called at 2:29pm. One hour and 27 minutes had elapsed since my order got delivered. I spoke to a very sweet girl named Annabelle and explained to her that one of the quiche I paid for was missing, she didn't know how to refund it so she said she would call the manager to see how to do it. I said ok and was grateful that she was trying to justify the mistake. Well, I get a call back from NINA and she said "hi, I talked to the manager and there's nothing that we can do because you ordered this HOURS AGO so it's your problem." When I attempted to get a word in and said that it WAS NOT HOURS AGO she started yelling at me at the top of her lungs said that I was lying and that she would love for me to show up there and a bunch of other things and then hung up on me. It was DISGUSTING and so DISAPPOINTING. I've worked in customer service for 12 years before attending medical school and I have never had such a terrible experience nor witnessed such appalling behavior. All for ONE QUICHE that I was just asking for a refund for or to be able to pick one up tomorrow because it's common courtesy since I PAID FOR IT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. Throughout this whole ordeal I would like to say Annabelle was a sweetheart and was super kind. The girl who was absolutely awful and unprofessional was named NINA and with all due respect she should not be working in customer service at all.

What an adorable spot! Stopped in looking for a place to relax for a half hour and get a little treat. The cappuccino was perfect. I decided to order a dulce de leche shortbread cookie, which I was afraid would be too sweet, but it really was the perfect amount. The couches and casual atmosphere were just what I was looking for instead of a more modern sterile decor. I'd come back in a heartbeat. My server/barista was very friendly.
A small and cozy cafe for a quick bite / coffee or a moment to sit and get some work done. I stumbled upon this cafe on my way to school and I am so glad i did! The staff is amazing, super helpful and quick! I've had the caramel and vanilla lattes, chocolate chip muffin, and croissant which were all delicious. I did get an iced chai latte once, which I felt was very milky with a hint of chai, I know each place makes them differently but it wasn't for me :( The vibe is very cozy and peaceful. It might get hidden in such a busy street but it's my perfect hidden local gem!

First of all, the place is so cute. Then, the staff is very attentive, helpful and nice. To top it off, the coffee and snacks were really good! Quiche was perfection and the orange glaze almond cake was very tasty. While sitting there enjoying my coffee, I overheard what appeared to be many regulars come through and the employee taking orders knew their orders. I will be back, and i highly recommends this cafe.

One of the things I love most about this coffee shop is that it's more than just great coffee and delicious sandwiches. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, and they regularly change the artwork on display, so there's always something new to enjoy. A true local gem! read more
This cafe is perfect. From the decor to their coffee to their staff. Everyone is so polite and the service was quick. I went with my sister to do some work on our laptops and grabbed a table right near the register. We got some lattes and sandwiches. They're not stingy with the meat or cheese The decor reminds you of Paris. Vintage artwork and dark woods fill the place. There are enough tables to sit and lounge. I will definitely be coming back. I got a quick coffee here on a weekend morning. My flat white was pretty average, but I did enjoy the homey vibe of the cafe and stuck around a bit. There are some nice pastry options, and I appreciated the kid-sized chocolate croissant. There's a fridge with some quick drinks, too. There are tables, including a communal table, and a set of couches for a longer chill and chat. read more

Not bad. I got the chocolate almond and chocolate croissant. The chocolate almond was a decent size and good. The chocolate croissant in contrast was about half the size. About 2-21/2 bites. Not worth it to me. read more
This one one of the first coffee shops that I ever visited in Westchester county. Fast forward a few years and they're still amazing. Great coffee, great espresso drinks and awesome pastries. Cool location and if you come during off peak hours, it's a great place to hang out. read more

R Café & Tea Boutique is a quaint, cozy place to grab a latte with an elegant milk design and catch up with a friend, study, and enjoy their selection of pastries, quiches, sandwiches, or soups. The decor is immaculate; a few paintings, book shelf decorated for Christmas, and a vintage couch makes for a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service is awesome and the coffee is next level. The coffee did not take long to come out & it wasn't particularly crowded when I came in on a Saturday morning. I don't think there is a bathroom, but to be fair, I did not ask. Very cozy atmosphere and even better coffee & food. 10/10 recommend! read more

This is a small but beautiful coffee shop . We went there on a weekday morning and it was very quiet and relaxed . They have tables for small and big groups and a cozy area with couches. Overall, very beautiful decor The drinks and food were awesome. And the service was excellent. We ordered a fresh squeezed orange juice , latte , a herbal tea ( they have a good collection of those ) , a croissant and a muffin. Everything was very good If you like to enjoy a good coffee and catch up with some work or reading at a beautiful cafe, this is your place ! Highly recommended !! read more

Prices still cheaper than Starbucks and taste better so imo that's good coffee if you cost more than Starbucks but taste good that's just some expensive coffee but if you cost more than Starbucks and cost more that's just expensive over priced coffee but this place is solid for the price the Carmel latte is very good wasn't as big a fan of the mocha but still a great shop very good place to chill and study too read more

I love this little café. They offer sweat treats, small sandwiches and mini meals as well as some interesting beverages. I've been here a couple times, the first when I was looking for a mother's day gift for my mom. I bought her some treats and coffee that she enjoyed. I found myself here the other day after dropping off my son for a dentist appointment. I wanted to stay in the are and needed some food after a gym sesh but was more interested in a really good cup of hot cocoa. My sister ordered a large TGR, their specialty aromatic tea containing turmeric which I liked but she mentioned she should have let them sweeten it a bit when they asked. I opted for a huge mug of hot chocolate which hit the spot for me and was perfect for a chilly day. Of course, while you're ordering you have tons of beautiful treats right at eye level which you kind find hard pressed to avoid. My sister and I split one of their Dulce de Leche cookies (OMG!) and I also ordered a Goat Cheese Quiche that they warmed up for me and brought to our table. The decor is very relaxing. It's much more pleasant than a chain coffee shop. They appeal to comfort. You can bring your laptop or tablet and work in relative peace and quiet and have a nice coffee break from work. We decided to lounge on the couches and exchange notes on our favourite television shows while we waited for my son. The quiche was creamy and tangy from the goat cheese and paired very well with the dried apricots and dates with which it was served. Everything was great and even when our mini chat was cut short, the staff assisted and packed up the rest of my quiche and hot cocoa to-go for me. The two guys working 1/08/17 were awesome. They were very helpful and nice and we felt completely at home. The good food and beverages were a bonus. I will L probably always stop by this shop when in the area, even if only to grab a hot beverage to go. read more

I happened upon this little gem as I looked for a place to satisfy my 3:00 pm coffee craving...I'm so happy I did. The latte was PERFECT! I am a pain in the butt when it comes to coffee and this latte was yummy, hot, and rich. The chocolate croissant was fluffy and chocolatey! Beautiful decor, nice vibe, friendly barista! read more
