He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

Honestly, we were just browsing, then Jacob Andrew shows up with his sweet voice, asking if we needed any help. He noticed we were looking at the Tesla Model S in red, and boy, and this car is a beauty. Jacob gently guided us to his desk and went to work. In three hours, we were sitting in with the beautiful Terres Martori signing documents. Terres made the transition experience with honestly and comfort. Terres should teach a few people how it's done. I'm telling you, Jaguar North Scottsdale is number one at getting the job done seamlessly and gracefully. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again and refer as many people to enjoy the same kind of courtesy that my husband and I received. Thanks again, Jaquar North Scottsdale; we drove away happy.

I had decided to buy a new one and found what I liked at AutoNation Toyota in Tempe. I got preapproved through my bank for the financing prior to making an appointment. I first worked with Olivia "Liv" Quiroz, she assisted me in putting a hold on the car I wanted. I was in and out within about 20-30 minutes. A week later the car had arrived, Austin Foster, and Nick Herberger helped me seal the deal on my 2026 Toyota Corolla. They were all amazing, friendly, and professional. Everyone at the dealership greeted me with smiles, I felt very welcomed and comfortable my entire visit. I was in and out in less than 2.5 hours this week. Anyone buying a car knows that it takes hours to select, test drive, apply for financing and sign all the documents. From the hold, to the test drive, to the financing, all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend checking out AutoNation when you are ready for your new car!

I want to start by saying that my service advisor, Jeff, was great throughout this process. I have…read moreno complaints about him personally. My frustration is with AutoNation Toyota Tempe's overall service process, which felt incredibly inefficient and poorly coordinated from beginning to end. My first issue was the appointment system. I scheduled an appointment several days in advance for a specific time to have my AC blower motor looked at. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was told it would be approximately 5-6 HOURS before anyone could even look at my vehicle. At that point, what exactly is the purpose of making an appointment? I ended up having to get my own Uber home because I obviously wasn't going to sit at the dealership for 6+ hours. I'm glad I did, because later that evening I received a text asking if they could keep my vehicle overnight because they STILL had not gotten to it and wouldn't be able to until the following morning. What made this even more frustrating was that when I dropped the vehicle off, I had already explained that the issue was the AC blower motor. Nearly 24 hours later, the diagnosis was essentially confirmation of exactly what I had already told them: the blower motor needed to be replaced. Then came the warranty process. I purchased an extended warranty that cost me roughly $7,000, so the repair had to go through the warranty claim process before parts could be ordered and a rental could be arranged. After waiting several more days, I was finally told the parts had arrived, my rental was set up, and I could bring the car back for the repair. This is where another major issue became obvious: the service department and the cashier/rental desk seem to have almost no communication with each other. When I dropped my car off, I was specifically told my rental was already arranged and that I simply needed to go inside and speak with the rental desk. I walked in, explained that I was there to pick up my rental, and both employees looked confused and initially asked if I was trying to PURCHASE a rental. I explained that no, it was supposed to be covered through my warranty. They then had to ask who my service advisor was and had me sit down while they figured out what was going on. Eventually, I was told their rental selection was extremely limited and that basically my only option was a single-cab Tacoma. Not the end of the world, but after everything else, it was another annoyance. Then I came back to pick up my repaired vehicle and return the rental. Once again, I was told beforehand that "all I needed to do" was go to the cashier/rental desk. I did exactly that, told them I was returning my rental, and once again was met with confused looks and told I needed to go speak with my service advisor to figure out what I was supposed to do next. And to top the entire experience off, I found out I still owed a $100 deductible for the repair despite having purchased a warranty that cost me around $7,000. Again, Jeff was great and did what he could to help me, so this review is not directed at him. But the overall system at AutoNation Toyota Tempe seems unnecessarily disorganized. Appointments apparently don't mean your vehicle will actually be looked at anywhere near your appointment time, communication between departments is poor, and I spent far more time waiting and going back and forth than should have been necessary for a relatively straightforward repair. For a dealership this large, I expected a much more organized and efficient service experience.

The #one reason i would not return to this dealership is because of Tabitha Carrillo. She is rude, unthoughtful & unapologetic. I provided precise details for the mgr. (according to her colleagues and other associates, it's "par for the course" for her!) 2. Sure they mentioned that they couldn't run my truck through the wash, but they decided to wipe my entire BLACK truck with a dirty rag after wetting it and only partially wiping it down. My truck was returned to me in much dirtier condition than they received it. When I called Keith to let him know, he was in awe..it translated to disbelieve...so I drove right back to show him. His response was, "yup, they should not have done this..it looks awful." 3. When I questioned the $110 oil change, they sold me on this because it included checking fluids, rotating tires, setting the PSI, and a safety check....this is laughable. I'm not sure that my tires were rotated, but I know for sure the tire pressure wasn't set. There was a 10 pound differential in air pressure, and no 2 were alike. As far as the wash, well...... NEVER AGAIN.
