Seif was extremely helpful in determining the type (single vanity or separate cabinets). He was diligent in obtaining the side splashes and replacement drawer front (the contractor put the handle on incorrectly). Bertch sent the wrong cabinets on the initial delivery but quickly replaced them within two weeks. However, they sent the wrong drawer front 2 times before getting it right almost 2 months later.

He's not going to talk to you about seven different hinge options or five different degrees to which a drawer can be sanded (I didn't even know there were multiple interior sanded options...and WTH?...doesn't sanded mean sanded?). My three vanities were delivered on schedule (for fear I'll put them in a bad position, I'll refrain from telling you how fast they made these vanities). All three are solid, specs are perfect, and painted to perfection. I was so pleased I I also asked Sweetwater to overhaul my dining room cabinetry. This is what I know: Michael is a gem. His guys are equally as fantastic. They answer the phone. They return emails. They show up when they say they'll show up. Imagine! I got exactly what I wanted for my home (within budget!) and didn't compromise on build quality. No matter if you're replacing or refacing...whatever, this is who gets the job. They were less than the reface estimate (stay tuned for a scathing review of that schiester company). They were less than two other cabinet company's bids. And, I know I not only got a better product but better customer service as a whole.

Dennis made it right by having a different person return to complete the job. The cabinets "looked" nice upon initial install. But Mark, the installer, recommended by Dennis, failed to complete the finer details. Nail marks/holes were left with Mark's recommendation for me to buy "white nail polish" to cover the holes. The cabinets chip easily if a plate or glass accidentally touches the edge when returning them to the cabinet. Mark's phone number was "no longer in service" soon thereafter. I like to support "local" businesses and Dennis is a "nice" guy. I recommend, however, that homeowners hire their own installers and be sure they are happy with "made in China" cabinetry, as indicated on the cabinets when they arrived.

Clean, organized, modern and barely a speck of dust in the entire building. I have been a victim not only of the fire, but of two unscrupulous contractors. Because of that, things fell behind schedule and tens of thousands of dollars were misappropriated. I was getting desperate to find somebody who could provide top quality cabinets in a short period of time. Serge was able to design and build almost 100 linear feet of kitchen and bathroom cabinets for my Tubbs Fire rebuild in less than month! I don't know if he can always guarantee that kind of a turnaround time, but it was truly remarkable. The workmanship and the design are second to none. He's not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for in quality. My next project for Serge is a set of custom wall-mounted bunkbeds like I have seen on his website before. Looking forward to working with this company for a very long time.

BACKGROUND: We wanted bookshelves installed above a built-in cabinet unit in our living room. I sent Jitendra a sketch and described what we wanted. From my chicken-scratch sketch, he created a design and mock-up, then measured our space. While measuring, he flagged all existing flaws in the space (uneven/slanted walls) so that we were aware of all inconsistencies upfront. He has amazing attention to detail! RESULTS: We were simply blown away by how well he was able to match the custom shelves to our existing unit; all of the wood looks like it was manufactured at the same time! It truly looks like it was all constructed as one piece from the very beginning, which is exactly what we wanted. In addition, we really appreciate that he took initiative to incorporate crown molding/extra detail on the top of the shelving unit. This is something that I would never have thought to do.
