Within two weeks of our original visit our plans were completed, and Justin gave us a date for installation within two months. A week before the delivery, we received many reminders of the time of the delivery and the way to prepare. As promised, the delivery team arrived within a 30 minute window on the day scheduled. The following day Carlos and his helper, Angel, arrived by 9 AM and finished the job by dinner time. WOW! Amazing Team Sarah and Chad! So where to start... I found C3 through a referral from a coworker and it didn't take me long to figure out that they were right company for me. Before selecting C3 I interviewed 4 contractors for my kitchen remodel. While everyone did their bidding process a little different what set C3 cabinets apart was their ability to work with me on the design, quality, and budget. In terms of overall schedule I think we were on track give or take a week, which is acceptable to me in any major construction project. I assume I was not their easiest client as my kitchen design was extremely tight and full of challenges. I was always impressed that they showed up when they said they would and proactively communicated with me. Like any good project there is always a surprise and challenge; however, that did not deter c3 who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a spectacular end result. Having worked in construction it's not uncommon to see people cutting corners and taking the easy way out. That is not the case with this team. They made it sure it was done right even if it cost them extra time and effort. I have no hesitation in recommending the team. I plan to use them for my next cabinet project. He got right to it, designed the kitchen, and started a wonderful renovation which turned out perfect in every way. He installed beautiful gray shaker cabinets with white quartz counters. The quality and the appearance are durable and beautiful in every way. His communication skills are excellent. His assistant Ryan was also great. The price seemed very reasonable for the quality. We found C3 Cabinetry because of the great reviews. We loved the pictures of their work and the quality that seemed to go into it. I worked with Sarah for weeks, on the phone and over email. She put a lot of work in and gave great advice. The final advice she gave is that our design really should be all custom from the unique nature of all that we wanted. I openly discussed that we had one other option and Sarah was very understanding and kept things open for us to decide what would be best. My wife and I were so far behind on all that we had to do, so we ultimately went in another direction with a company who was able to install slightly quicker. I still think Sarah did an amazing job throughout the design process and we would not hesitate to recommend her. At first, I was skeptical of C3 Cabinetry because I did not see very many Yelp reviews for that company, and the cost of the cabinets seemed inexpensive, which made me doubt the quality. My rental property is located in an expensive area of Marin, and I knew that my kitchen cabinets had to attract tenants that are used to paying high rent. I am happy to write that my new tenants are moving in soon and they are paying the full rent that I am asking. They love the new kitchen cabinets and all of Chad's work. (I received similar responses from several potential tenants). The true mark of a professional is someone who can give you accurate, transparent, and immediate price estimates. Chad is that professional, and he anticipates problems and breaks down costs for various situations. He delivers what he says he will do and makes every effort to communicate with his clients. Every time I called, he picked up the phone. When I praised his responsiveness, he told me that he does not mind answering calls from his clients, but he hates it when telemarketers call him. He does not complain and just gets the job done for you. When the weather got hot, he crawled in my attic to run some electrical wires, which I know would be difficult for anyone. On more than one occasion, his workmanship exceeded my expectations and kept me out of trouble. He caught several mistakes made by other contractors, such as wires that should not have been tied to a heater duct (over time, heat would break down the wires), new electrical panel done wrong (forgot what it was he said wouldn't pass inspection), and poor workmanship done by a flooring company that installed baseboards. Chad did all of his work according to schedule at a very reasonable price. You can't go wrong with Chad. My only regret, after writing this five star review, is he may get too much work and be too busy to do another job for me :) read more
