Twice over the next two weeks, they called to tell me the repair was done. When I turned on the car both times, those systems were as inoperable as before. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Plus, the manager was persistently rude and impatient every time I called to check on progress or on parts that they had ordered. After the second time they said the repair was done, I asked for a refund. They referred me to the corporate office. No apologies, no acknowledgement at all. I am disputing the $1,000+ bill, for which I received absolutely no service. Oh, and I've heard nothing from corporate. Avoid Pep Boys at all costs is my advice. Incompetent and rude.

I went to Town Tires to ask them to look at my flat tire. They were able to identify where the air was leaking, patch it, remove the spare tire, and place the original within 15 to 20 minutes. This service was only $15. Because my experience was superb I gave a $5 tip. I worked with a man name Lee and he is phenomenal. He was very thorough in explaining the hole and what may have caused it. The street and area of the shop is a bit sketchy and hood. Therefore I recommend that you come during the day while the sun is up. In the mist of it all, the customer service was great, their service was fast and the cost was more than economical. I definitely recommend this place for tire service.
