Let me start by saying I'm a very easy going person - very laid back and I'm not very demanding. I might be too laid back. Esteban and Griffen's Linens were above and beyond excellent. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could. Esteban was courteous, polite, professional, and 100% friendly. He gave us ideas and helped us plan the perfect room setting. My wedding reception was a bit unusual because we had a lot of figurines as center pieces. He worked with my florist and wedding planner and they both liked Griffen Linens as well. Every one was so helpful and so polite and professional. The room was beautiful. We planned for 150, and he set up for 160 - no extra charge! He was even willing to bring out more tables and chairs of we went over. Book him right now! Don't even read any other reviews. Trust me! Let me start by saying covid ruined my dream wedding and Esteban did not make things any better. He took my deposit with no problem and agreed to do the work at a smaller venue charging almost 1000.00 for the work he was going to do, when we discussed the final quote I decided to leave out the linens and runners to save a little because weddings are expensive whether big or small it costs, he was still suppose to drape the area and ceiling and backdrops and lighting so it was still a big job but Esteban decided he didn't want to do the job anymore and canceled it 2 days before my wedding. My heart sunk and I was in such distress scrambling on how I was going to make my special day work super stressful week already and with that bomb dropping it was a nightmare. I made it work at the end of the day it was a beautiful turn out with no help or thanks to Esteban!! He has my deposit and has yet to return it, bad business all the way around. I just pray and hope that this doesn't happen to someone else by Griffin linens Esteban. I want my money back you failed to do the job so give me my deposit back. They dropped off the chairs, chair covers, tables, tableclothes, and heaters rentals for a party at my house the day before the event and they picked it up from my house the day after my event. Esteban was recommended by a dear friend and I totally trusted him, He promised to make my son's wedding reception a dream one but he did not fulfill more than what he promised that he'll do but still charged me the same amount; which I paid in cash. Esteban just put up curtains all around the venue, plain table cloths with no overlays nor toppers, plastic white chairs with no covers nor bows, a bride and groom table which I would say was the only nice thing that he did. The reception just looked like a normal, regular party and not a wedding reception. Will never recommend him to others and if he is not the official decorator of Elks Lodge Fullerton where our company holds parties, I will not let him do the decorations there too. read more

Wow, I'm actually in shock reading any negative reviews for Griffins Lines. I just got married on October 26th 2019 and oh my gosh I couldn't of asked to work with anyone better. Tracey and Esteban went above and beyond to make my wedding absolutely perfect. They are so sweet and makes sure that I had everything I wanted. I was so afraid a backyard wedding wouldn't be pretty enough for me, but my goodness Griffins Linens made it my fairytale wedding. The wind was so bad a few days before and they had to stop working during the day but came back that night and made sure to finish even though it was so late! I recommend Tracey and Esteban for any wedding they have so many options and so many ideas to make your perfect day amazing. I promise you will not go wrong with them. Just look at the photos! They did all my props, the dance floor, tables and chairs, bar, linens, plates and utensils, the beautiful tent, lighting and just everything!! They also brought their whole team to make sure the food was served and roasts in their flutes were full. Did an amazing clean up job. My wife and I used Griffin Linens for our wedding only to have Esteban tell us that all our requests from one year ago violates safety issues and certain policies from Elk's Fullerton after the event is done and over with. I would like to know when they said they had discussed this with us. They said they did but my wife, myself, and my mother have no recollection of any of the policies and safety issues discussed at any point. Lame. We walked in the wedding reception looking nothing like our dream wedding that he said he can do without a problem. It actually ended up being a wedding nightmare. Very disappointed. I had seen and read previous reviews and were great. I dont know what happened. I was never given recites or a copy of my agreement. I went with what Esteban said. I trusted him , because he showed me his work. On the day of my party , the event was plain like effort was not put in. I thought i had the facility till 1130 , come to know (the day of )it was only for 7hrs. ! My event started early so I had paid for extraovers(which I didnt need ) . Nevet was I given the left overs . I felt I was rushed. ! Esteban said he told me all of this. I would of started dinner earlier rather then getting all that food to last till 1130ish PM. My wedding was October 19,2019 and the reception was perfect. (Will update with pictures when I get them from my photographer!). Working with Estaban and Tracy was great! We did payments that was convenient for us and stayed in our budget (that was a big deal to me). Everything I wanted they were able to do for us as well as help us find a great experienced DJ and the photo booth our guest loved. I wanted very in particular things that they were able to pull together for me. I came multiple times for food tasting and table examples, they always welcomed me put together what I wanted to see perfectly down to every detail. The weeks before my wedding everything was put together one last time to make sure it was what I wanted. The day before my wedding I came in and brought all my own touches I wanted for our wedding. The morning of my coordinator had no problem getting in and making sure all the final touches were done. Even with clean up they did so much helping us pack what was ours separate from their belongings. At the end of the night one of my guest actually left their phone and no one knew about it when cleaning up. Before I left (I was the last one to leave) he came running out with the phone to make sure I got it for my guest. It was a great night filled with many wonderful memories. They pulled everything together great and I would recommend them a million times over again. They were so nice & amazing people very helpful, kind & did an amazing job to make their client's happy from food to setting up the party. Last Dec we hired them for our Christmas party. We picked prime rib & salmon was the best taste & the set up of our party was a dream party. Everyone was soooo surprised even me when i saw our venue, it's like a fairy tail wedding set up for our Christmas party. It was so elegant & very nice party . I recently used Griffin's Linens and was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Esteban. He was so accommodating! She showed me pictures, provided suggestions, scheduled a meeting for me to see mock table displays and allowed me the freedom to play with the displays alternating what my original ideas were. I couldn't quite decide on the celling décor and he was willing to change it if I was unhappy with my color choices on the same day as the event! The quality of his products were great.
