I actually found Party Pieces by Perry on instagram and fell in love with their pieces right away. I was planning a baby shower for my sister and knew I wanted to use them. I sent in an email and they responded to me right away and I sent them pictures off their instagram of what I wanted. You can also go on their website and take a look or you can set up a time to go to their show room if you want to take a look at everything in person. I went with a gorgeous buffet I wanted to use as my desert table, a Victorian couch, and the most adorable distressed pink dining table. Gizelle is the person who coordinated everything with me and she is amazing. She is so wonderful at communicating and she made the whole process so easy for me. We set up the delivery and pick up time and they were right on time and set everything up perfectly. The location that I chose even had a ton of construction going on around it the morning off and Gizelle was so patient and understanding and being as stressed out as I was I really appreciated that. As a wedding florist, I have met and worked with a lot of vendors, some of whom I get to work with more often than others. I met Gizelle of Party Pieces By Perry in one of the weddings we worked together a couple of years ago and I instantly liked her. We exchanged business cards and have worked a few times thereafter. So when my daughter was planning for her wedding and she needed some furniture pieces to complete the rustic look she was going for, we immediately thought of calling Gizelle. We met with her at her Anaheim warehouse and we were able to choose the accent pieces we know would complete my daughter's vision of her wedding reception. I am sadly extremely disappointed with my experience! They have some great pieces and pretty good prices compared to others but it's not worth it when it comes down to the contract. Be sure to read the contract very thoroughly and make sure you are willing to pay 200% of "market value" for any damages. I would recommend asking for the market value of all the items you want to rent before signing the contract. My wedding day was very windy and one of the chalk board signs blew over. The wood frame cracked and they tried to charge me $200 for a $30 chalk board. Before booking, they are quick to reply but after it takes multiple days to get any responses. Also, appointments times and pick up times are very inconvenient and in the middle of high traffic hours. read more

We used Party Pieces by Perry for some decor rentals for our wedding. If you're DIY-ing the decor, you quickly realize that you can't possibly buy every single little piece without crashing through your budget. I contacted some other decor rental places and no one was as fast to respond or as professional as Gizelle. She let me come out to her warehouse and hand select each piece for our big day. We needed some things like chalkboards, cake stands, wooden crates and decorative lanterns. Our wedding looked perfect and we saved so much money by renting and not buying! My only complaint was the drop-off and pick-up schedule, which I agreed to upon signing the contract but immediately realized how inconvenient it was. We could only pick up from the hours of 5pm-8pm and the warehouse was in Anaheim. That was prime hair-pulling-out traffic hour. But I get it, we saved a lot of money by doing it this route. We found Gizelle of Party Pieces by Perry through Craigslist and we're so glad we did! Gizelle was very responsive from the start and has an amazing selection of props, furniture and decor. My wife and I wanted a book themed wedding with some vintage and industrial accents and Gizelle had so many items for us to choose from. We rented 60+ books for our centerpieces and other decor and initially Gizelle didn't have that many but she was able to accommodate us without a hitch. My wife and I went back and forth several times with our rental selections but Gizelle was always very patient and professional with us. She even provided us with some suggestions when she received new pieces that she thought would work with our theme. The stuff we rented from Gizelle really tied our wedding decor together and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm a guy, and I don't get this whole vintage decor thing. But apparently, it's what my then-fiancée wanted for our wedding. We were planning on not spending a lot on the whole wedding, as we were going to Europe for our honeymoon, so I was a little bit reluctant to hire yet another vendor for our wedding. Party Pieces by Perry had the vintage furniture and rustic decor we needed. Rentals were surprisingly not expensive, as they were quite new. The inventory was not as extensive as other places we looked at, but I for one, was sold on the quoted price. The small warehouse was packed with items such as vintage sofas, desks and backdrops. There were also some centerpiece decor and dessert table items we could choose from. Paying was easy (online!) and the wedding day came and went smoothly. Everybody kept complimenting us on the wedding decor we had, I guess it wasn't a typical Asian wedding. To say the least, my wife was very pleased, and of course, a happy wife makes a happy life! We rented pieces for our wedding and couldn't be happier! Gizelle was so amazing to work with! From the very beginning, she was friendly, responsive, and informative. We visited her warehouse in Anaheim, not only did she walked us through her inventory, she even helped us pick some pieces for our wedding. Prices are super reasonable and working out the delivery and pick up was easy. Our guests loved the pieces we rented! We rented 2 hutches that beautifully displayed our photos and went so well with our florals. They gave such a personal touch to our reception. All I can say is WOW. Gizelle and her husband are amazing people to work with. I found her on craigslist when I was on a hunt for some wedding decor. Man, did I luck out. My wedding was not your typical wedding and I needed stuff that was affordable. My wedding was in a backyard and it wasn't a full on dinner, just apps and desserts with drinks. Gizelle met me at the house where my reception was at and brought pictures and a tape measure and gave me great ideas and feedback on what pieces I could use and where to put them. She worked with my day of coordinator a lot the day of my wedding. She even helped put stuff away after which I was so unbelievably grateful for. She went above and beyond on what her requirements were. You can tell she genuinely enjoys and loves her new business and I appreciate that. My whole wedding everyone kept talking about where I found all these great pieces like my sweetheart table, and guest sign in table, and all the cute decor all around. All of my girlfriends have been begging me for her contact info for their weddings now. She was definitely a blessing to have as one of my vendors. Let me just say Gizelle was one of my favorite vendors. My wedding reception was in a hotel ballroom so it was hard to make that vintage/ rustic chic look. Thank God for her shabby chic doors and shutters that I rented from her. I love my sweetheart table backdrop. She is so patient and easy to work with. I kept adding and removing stuff and she revised them patiently. She would even give you advice and would not take advantage of you. Her prices are reasonable too!! And for my 250th review, I will review one of my favorite vendors from my wedding. Gizelle Perry of Party Pieces by Perry is truly a delightful human being. She started her rentals business after she procured a lot of vintage items for her own wedding, and she excellent taste. I was very much DIYer bride, and I needed someone who could help me bring the pieces I made, and supplement what I had with their collection for things I didn't have. I rented one of Gizelle's Vintage lounges for guests to rest in, and a bunch of little pieces to help create my "Vintage Library" wedding. Gizelle knows how to go the extra mile. She was able to find brass candelbras, and fake light candlesticks for all of them (no real fire in the library). She came to my venue, met with all of my vendors, and was able to help me move all of my stuff to the venue and back to my house. Her warehouse is stocked full of great pieces and I will definitely use her again for any vintage needs. I wanted some extra items to jazz up the dessert table and favor displays for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I happened to find Gizelle's ad on Craigslist and I was SO glad I did! I rented a number of cake stands, vintage wooden crates, burlap tablecloth, and a number of other odds and ends (vintage books, vintage scale, etc) to create a unique and beautiful tablescape. Gizelle was so helpful every step of the way. I had changes and additions along the way and she was always super helpful and extremely attentive to emails. It never took longer than a day for her to respond to emails. Their warehouse may seem small when you walk in. But you will quickly realize that there is so much treasure there!
