The explanation was that they get really busy and don't read the notes to know what day things should be delivered. The second package never came. Then when I reach out then I get a nasty email saying it showed as delivered and since I was claiming it wasn't I had to reach out to fedex. Most companies would be empathetic of you not receiving your item & apologize or offer to help you. But not this one, they question your integrity & tell you to do it yourself.
